Rocky Mountains Retreat

This new home has outstanding views of the San Juan Mountains and the valley below. It’s situated among pines and junipers above the town of Ridgway. We walked miles of trails in the neighborhood that included fantastic views of the mountains to the south. The owners were great and very considerate, providing all amenities for a comfortable stay. We loved it and look forward to returning!

We love the outdoors and hiking in Ridgway and Ouray. Taking time to contemplate, we love to sit and breathe in the clear mountain air and take in the beauty of the Colorado Rockies.

Why they chose this property

We have been coming to this particular spot in Ridgway Colorado for many years. It is certainly the most beautiful place our eyes have ever seen. The neighborhood is high in the clouds (7500 ft). You have the best of both worlds, looking down at the Ridgway Valley and up at the mountain ranges including Sneffels, Courthouse, Chimney and Cimarrron Range.

What makes this property unique

Our property is brand new. Completion Summer 2023. The views out our glass wall of windows are second to none. Quiet neighborhood out of the hustle and bustle of the world, yet close enough to enjoy the town of Ridgway and Ouray. OH and the hiking?? Endless.
