We appreciate your feedback regarding the primary bedroom mattress. The mattress is less than three years old, so we were surprised to hear that it felt worn, but we will certainly have it evaluated. While the bedrooms are accurately represented in our listing photos, we understand that adding a Pack ’n Play can make the space feel a little tight. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us. Thank you for your review. We were surprised by the low rating, as we did everything possible to address this unexpected situation quickly. The entire A/C unit was replaced in November, so there was no way we could have anticipated that the compressor would fail or that a replacement would have to be ordered from Fort Worth. As soon as we were notified of the issue, we remained in constant communication with you and had seven fans delivered to the condo within approximately 30 minutes to make you as comfortable as possible while we worked to have the A/C repaired. We also offered to relocate you to one of our other available properties or find a hotel for you, so you would not have to remain in the condo without air conditioning. You chose to stay in the unit while the repair was completed. In addition, we provided a sizeable refund for the inconvenience, despite doing everything within our ability to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. While unexpected mechanical failures can happen, we take pride in how we respond. We are glad the A/C was repaired and that you were able to enjoy your final day comfortably.
