Great neighborhood, very quiet and spacious. Family and Pet-friendly. Fenced-in backyard with BBQ and outdoor seating. Great getaway and plenty of activities to do in the area like Fishing, Water park, Parks, Zoo, Walking trails, GoKarts, Golfing, Minigolf, and shopping very close by.
1 Queen Bed, 2 Twin Beds, 1 Queen Sofa bed, and 1 Queen air mattress.

NO PARTIES, NO GATHERINGS, AND NO SMOKING OR VAPING IN THE HOME OR IN THE GARAGE AREA.

Pet Rules:
*No Cats
*2 dogs max (must be under 50lbs), no exceptions
*$50.00 per pet per stay (not daily)
*Dogs must stay off furniture and beds and be housebroken
*Must pick up poop immediately in yard
*Dogs must be crated when left alone in the apartment
*To be considered a service or ESA dog, the dog must be with its owner full-time and not left home alone.

Includes 4 beds (1 Queen Size bed sleeps 2, 2 Twin Beds-Sleeps 2, 1 Queen Size Sofa Bed- Sleeps 2, & 1 Queen Size Air Mattress-Sleeps 2)

The kitchen is fully stocked with basic cooking and bakeware. Dishwasher and garbage disposal, outside furniture and BBQ grill (propane supplied)

The bathroom is stocked with towels, a hairdryer and first aid kit.

Extra blankets and pillows are in upstairs closet.

These bedrooms are very large and they have walk in closets, specially for extended stays. Carpeting upstairs so please remove your shoes while on carpet.

This condo was very clean and had everything listed in its description. We gave it 3 stars because it’s in need of some maintenance. Lisa was very responsive and very nice but to use their description of three stars “we wouldn’t stay there again until something is done.”

The photos and descriptions of the property are accurate. The neighborhood is quiet and there is a nice walking trail near by the property. The location is close to a grocery store and pharmacy. My family and I enjoyed the theme the owners chose. The bathrooms were very clean. The bedrooms were perfect for my two kids, my wife and myself. The kitchen was a great size and the appliances were great! We loved the water pitcher in the refrigerator. Overall great experience and would stay there again in the future.

Disappointing experience

Our stay at this property was a huge disappointment. My sister and I were visiting our dad, who was recovering from cancer surgery. I'd flown from across the world with a 6-month-old. My sister, who has mobility issues, flew from across the country. The first day, we discovered an ant problem, which we took care of ourselves. The second day, we discovered a leak in the ceiling. We called the property manager, Lisa, before going out for the day. A few hours later, she told us that major plumbing work was needed, so we had to vacate. She offered us another VRBO, which we agreed to try. Unfortunately, the other property had a number of issues: it was farther from my dad's; had uneven terrain, which was hard for my sister to navigate; and an overpowering scent of air freshener. We stayed for one night because we had nowhere else to go, but the next day we checked out. At this point, Lisa offered a third property, which we declined. She then said she'd refund the remainder of our booking. I pushed back and suggested she also partially refund the 3rd night to offset the inconvenience of moving properties. Lisa not only refused, but she repeatedly brought up how stressful and costly the situation was for her. She pointed out that we hadn't paid a cleaning fee at the 2nd property -- but the suggestion that we OUGHT to have paid one baffled me. Property issues aside, Lisa's focus on her own costs and stress, and her unwillingness to acknowledge ours, ruined the whole experience.
