The space
This condo community has an elevator conveniently located in the front Clubhouse Room. Each Floor has it's own laundry facilities that are designated for the floor upon which your condo is located. This condo is on the second floor! You are within a few steps to access the laundry facility at the end of the corridor.
Guest access
You have full access of the entire condo.. no shared spaces! Enjoy!
Other things to note
There is a pet fee, must advise breed and size of pet (20 lbs) and get owner's approval, there are association guidelines we have to adhere. Pet Fee: $50.00 per one month booking. Pet Fee: $100.00 for anything 2 months, plus. ONLY ONE PET PER CONDO, STRICT RULE... they offer NO exceptions.
Long Term Rentals (4+ months) - Electric covered by tenant
