Go out the back door, down the path to the left and through the gate. At the end of the road you’ll find the beach!

Park only in the two provided parking spots marked “UNIT 11”.

There are two bedrooms included in the base price. One has a full bed and tv. The other has a queen bed and tv. Both are located on the second floor. The third floor bedroom will be locked unless arrangements have been made to bring more than 4 guests.
Parking is only allowed in the two spots marked with 11 ONLY.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Upon checkout, please strip all beds that were used, along with any towels and leave at the top of the stairs. At least one guest over the age of 25 years old must be present while unit is occupied. Absolutely NO PARTIES or gatherings. We provide a maximum of TWO assigned parking spots. There is no additional on site parking. Pool closes at 10 pm. If additional guests are found to be staying in the property without authorization from the host, an additional fee of $100 per person, per night will be charged. Failure to abide by these rules will result in immediate eviction, with all money paid by you (the guest) forfeited.
