The home is equipped with fiber-optic internet for the fastest, most reliable, internet connections in the area. Modern Smart TV utilizes fiber optic internet (direct), offering instant access to nearly every streaming service (built-in), for all your favorite media content during your stay. Bring your dog (1), but please make sure to disclose by paying the required "pet fee" as the house will need a deep cleaning to ensure a comfortable stay for other guests who may have allergies to pet dander.

Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please do a thorough once-over before you lock up and open the drawers and all the dressers as well as looking anywhere else that you might have used, to ensure all of your items are taken with you.
Also, before locking.up and closing rhe door, ensure that none of the items from the house have gotten mixed up with your personal items.
When removing trash from the house, there is no trash service, so be sure to take all of your trash with you (bathroom trash too).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
VRBO rental is for access to this specific property address (to and from). Other areas of the HOA community are private property, for residents only.
NO FIRES of any kind are allowed in or on any part of the property, and nothing with an open flame, including candles, fire pits, or grilling.

We were homeless waiting for our home being built to be completed and had to keep extending our stay due to unforeseen delays and the owner was very flexible in allowing us to do that. Property was very comfortable and perfect for our stay.

Amazing Laka Anna rental

This vacation rental was amazing! It was clean, it had all amenities including extras in the cabinets/fridge, and the owner was very communicative for the check-in/stay process! Plus it was in a very quiet, lake-adjacent neighborhood, and had close proximity to restaurants, which we loved! Thank you to the owner for providing my family with such a great experience! We will gladly come back again!
