The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Dirty linens should be put in the linen bag from the laundry room and left by the front door. Ensure all windows are closed and locked. Outdoor cushions should be stored away.
Make sure all fridges are emptied. Do not leave trash sitting outside of garbage bins. Secure boat ramp key. Make sure the mini splits are set properly - see welcome book!
Please ensure all of the property's items are returned. The grill should be cleaned and any outdoor accessories and furniture like life jackets, paddles, toys, etc are accounted for and put away.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There is a Security Deposit Hold required and Minimum age to rent. See the listing description. Other fees may incur post-stay if rules are violated.
Renter Agreement must be signed & approved Guest Verification by Truvi to maintain booking reservation. Check-in info wont be sent without completion.
NO Smoking. NO pets (unless otherwise documented or agreed upon). NO parties/events. Guest who books, must stay for the entire duration of stay.

We had an absolutely lovely weekend. The house is brand new and everything was as described. We would appreciate the addition of more coffee, mugs and wine glasses. But overall the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and other items, and the common areas and bathrooms are stunning! The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and we really enjoyed our time there!

The house itself is a perfectly fine space — clean, comfortable, and close to the water, though not directly waterfront. Our main disappointment was with the management company and overall hosting experience.A few things future guests should be aware of before booking: the beds are not made prior to arrival, so you should expect to make them yourself. While there is a kitchen, it is very minimally stocked — there were no basic cooking supplies like salt, pepper, or oil, and the number of plates and glasses was limited.The welcome basket included only two trash bags for a long weekend stay, with no extras provided. There is also a washer and dryer available, but no laundry detergent supplied.Overall, the home itself is adequate, but hospitality and guest convenience do not seem to be priorities here. If you are simply looking for a clean place to stay and do not expect a more thoughtful hosting experience, the property may still work well for you.
