Located under two miles west of the Navarre Beach bridge, this condo is the tallest building on this side of the beach!

Being a short drive down the beach ensures that the beach is not crowded while it still has umbrella and chair service available if you wish to purchase separately.

Beautiful, small, cozy, (800 sq. ft.) condo for family vacation that comes very well equipped.

Amazing views from 7th floor especially for those who wish to enjoy the sunrise with their coffee from their balcony in the mornings.

Many activities around - turtle museum- jet ski rentals - dolphin tours

The Navarre Beach Fishing Pier is a record-holding fishing pier in Navarre, Florida. At 1,545 feet long, the pier is the longest of its kind in the state. It is the 15th longest public pier of any kind in the United States.

Juana's Pagodas and Andy D's local restaurants provide food and entertainment - live music, volleyball, as well as hosting events for holidays and special occasions.

I loved this condo. It was the perfect size for a few people. The owner provided coffee , beach towels , chairs and more. Beds were comfortable and jacuzzi tub was nice after my long wonderful day at the beach. We also enjoyed sitting out on the balcony listening to the waves. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare your meals. We will definitely be back to stay!

Beach views were spectacular! We watched dolphins and rays from the balcony. The condo was very clean and had all amenities needed. Easy parking and convenience to restaurants, stores, and gas stations. The drive to Pensacola along the National Seashore is not to be missed! The hosts were great with communication.

My family of four had a great stay. Condo was super clean and included all the necessities needed. Had a great view and beach was not overly crowded. Would definitely stay in this unit again.

Great location. Small but okay. Kitchen had all needed items. Bathroom is in need of updating. Water pressure in the shower needs to be addressed. We have stayed in multiple places in Navarre directly on beach but we would not choose to stay here again. Just not for us.

We really enjoyed the condo. Beautiful place and view. Little things matter, like the shelving unit by the fridge and by sinks in the bathrooms. We've stayed at Sundunes 5 times, this was the best unit we've stayed in. We look forward to booking again. Great and helpful host!

This property is owned and hosted by a local family. Our family has been coming to Navarre Beach for vacation since the mid-1980's. We are thrilled to introduce new people to the area and provide a calm and relaxing get away from the hustle and bustle.

Why they chose this property

The beautiful white sand on the Navarre Beach combined with the emerald green clear waters are really unmatched in the United States. Navarre has been 'The Best Kept Secret' and is now "Florida's Most Relaxing Place". While it has the seclusion to relax, it also is not a far drive for those who like shopping and entertainment as well.

What makes this property unique

This property is unique because although some parts of Navarre Beach have begun to be crowded, this property is a bit down the beach from the crowds so you can still have some beach all to yourself.
