Amazing Waterfront/Access 4BDRM in Riggs Point

Come and relax at our quaint, amazing home fully equipped with everything to make you feel right at home. With spacious rooms to accommodate the whole family plus a fully equipped kitchen to make you favorite meals.

Welcome to SEEALL Cottage. Relax at this beautiful Waterfront property located in Gloucester MA where there are beautiful views in every direction - Wingaersheek Beach, Gloucester Boat Marina and Plum Island. Unwind on the deck overlooking the Annisquam River with a game, good book, or a glass of wine and watch the paddleboarders, kayakers, and boats. Swim or paddleboard (not provided) off the new shared dock or go to one of the local beaches.

The house offers four bedrooms with three full size and one queen-size beds. There is also a fold- down futon that sleeps two. There are seven rooms total – 4 bedrooms, den, LR/DR combination, kitchen, and bathroom. In addition, there is a small screened in porch and two decks.

Amenities include internet, cable, washer/dryer, outside shower, coffee maker, microwave, gas grille, electric fireplace, air conditioning and one built-in air conditioner that can be switched over to heat. Swim out front or walk in the mud at low tide (bring your water shoes). There are numerous restaurants nearby as well as beautiful beaches, galleries, shopping, hiking trails, public transportation, boat tours, fishing, golf, biking, and whale watches. You can also enjoy the famed Gloucester Boulevard and Fisherman’s Memorial, Rockport, and Hammond Castle. This place is one of a kind.
NOTE: Thetr are three security cameras on premises-front door, deck entrance and on deck over looking dock
Spring, Summer and Fall Season: Monday - Friday rental (4 night minimum).
Gloucester was recently named #5 of best MA towns to retire in.

Loved it!

Charming and well appointed cottage with sweeping views of the river, marsh and sea. Owners have thought of their guests needs with linens, beach towels, games etc. Great location for getting to all the best sights. We can’t wait to go back the the SeaAll cottage!

First off Views views views just gorgeous watching the sunset at night and enjoying a cup of coffee on the deck. We wanted for nothing at this house. The owner thought of everything and was even able to provide an item not on your everyday rental list that we needed. We enjoyed sitting at the dock or watching tv sitting in the family room and family cook ups in the well stocked kitchen. Owner communication was fast and like talking to a friend. We hope to be back. Thanks again.

Serenity with a view

My daughter, grandson and I had the most wonderful stay at Seeall Cottage. Everything was perfect. Susan provided everything you could ask for in a vacation rental. The beds were so comfortable and the bedding and towels much nicer than other rentals we have stayed in. I can’t say enough about the view, especially the amazing sunsets. We would love to stay at Seeall again!

Great location- house needs a little updating

Fantastic location right on the river, just as described. Difficult to find with GPS- zoom in to see exact location of house displayed according to street #. Owner is very polite and responsive. Parking is very tight in the area, so be sure to check with owner first before bringing a trailer. Rooms are very small, typical of a cottage, and could use some updating. Be sure to check filters in individual A/C units before running.

Not what was listed

The biggest issue with this house was the fact that the back door to the area with the grill wouldn’t lock once we arrived and the host seemed very unconcerned about our safety. We called the host to inform her we felt uncomfortable and unsafe and could not stay there. She said we should be able to lock the doors with pliers and it was a safe neighborhood. She did offer to send someone to the home the next day but we were not going to stay in a home that does not lock. The host also informed us the water line leaks so it has to be at a certain point. There just seemed to be too many small things wrong for the price of the home. We would like a refund for the entire stay since we did not use the home at all.
