I really enjoyed the area it was close to everything down town. The host was very accommodating and really sweet. She informed me on a good restaurant to try and was very helpful. I would definitely book her spot again.

Need to get out of town and want a nice quiet stay? If you are coming to the Ashville area there isn't a better spot. The host is very accommodating and quick to respond to any needs or wants.
Just enough room for all 3 of us. Quiet, peaceful and comfortable place to relax. Tamara is a wonderful host! I would recommend this place to everyone.
For two people on a weekend trip this was a great place to stay. The screened in porch is very spacious and great for sitting outside and relaxing. We enjoyed the bathtub too after a long day in downtown. Host was very nice and communicated with us as needed. Would stay here again.

Thank you for being amazing guests! Glad you enjoyed your stay!
This unit was extremely clean and cozy. It's also in a great location close to some of the main roads in town. Host was extremely communicative and attentive.
We had such a great stay and Tamara is so welcoming. The place was clean, quiet, and had all the amenities for comfort. We come to Asheville once a year and we will always try to book this pace each time.

You are very considerate -so glad you loved your stay and hope to see you next year!
The space was sparkling clean and perfect for our weekend getaway. Everything we needed and more was included in our stay. Especially enjoyed the bath bomb in the large tub. Host was available if we needed her. Would recommend.
We needed a place to stay for a few days near a conference that we were attending and didn't want to stay at a stuffy Hotel. This place was perfect and had all that we needed...AND much better than a Hotel! Thank you.

My husband and I had a wonderful birthday weekend in Asheville at the host's rental. The unit was perfect for what we needed - relaxation in a place close to downtown. The unit was clean and cozy, and we particularly enjoyed relaxing on the screen-in back porch. The host was always available and provided excellent suggestions for restaurants and coffee shops nearby. We would definitely stay again on any future trips.

Beautiful location with a great back yard and wonderful sceened in back porch to enjoy sitting outside. I would recommend since it is minutes from Asheville and local restaurants. Enjoyed my stay and would book again. Thank you
Quaint and well-kept living space. I enjoyed relaxing in the luxurious bathtub and eating on the enclosed porch. The host has two friendly dogs. I heard them bark a few times. But I didn’t find it bothers and it never disturb my stay.

Always welcome back!
Exactly as promised, lovely accommodations in a charming, quiet neighborhood convenient to all Asheville attractions. We loved meeting and talking with our delightful host, Tamara, who has thought of and provided everything needed for a comfortable stay. We welcomed the first cool fall days on the generous screened porch overlooking the large and very private fenced backyard. Couldn't have been happier during our stay, and we'll certainly make this our first choice when we again visit Asheville. Thank you, Tamara!

All the best,

I booked this stay for my wife and I. It was our first wedding anniversary, and I could not be happier about the time we had. The host was exceptional and even left us a beautiful card and some champagne for the occasion. She recommended a nice little spot for breakfast, which we enjoyed and responded to every question or need in a quickly manner. I would definitely stay here again. First class all the way.

Decent location, nice small room. Note there is no privacy. You can hear the owner walking around, music, their dogs, microwave, etc. Plumbing is EXTREMELY loud. Definitely best for those on a budget and sound sleepers

Dear Karsten, I am very sorry to hear you found you had no privacy. I do not think I ever even saw you. Thank you for bringing to my attention that the plumbing is extremely loud (so far nobody has expressed this to me). I am sure that can be corrected. Since this is a pet friendly neighborhood dogs do bark. During guest's stays (who have no pets) and by eliminating plumbing issues and sending my dogs to daycare, I can surely increase my rates!! :) since nobody has ever complained of lack of privacy. Thank you again for your input! It would have been far more effective if you had addressed this directly to me while you were here. Kind regards, There are also excellent 5 star hotels nearby that may be more suitable to your needs such as The Grove Park Inn… Cordially, Tamara
About the host

I moved to Asheville to enjoy countryside the mountains and climate. I enjoy hiking and outdoor activities as well as the Biltmore Estate grounds. One of my passions is dancing, Yoga, Ballet, Argentine Tango and riding horses. I love animals and own 2 very sweet, mature labrador retrievers. My neighborhood is ideal for walking up and down hills and the Municipal Golf course that belongs to our neighborhood is currently under renovation.
Why they chose this property
The location is ideal. It is approximately 10 minutes to downtown Asheville and close to shops, restaurants and the Blue Ridge Parkway. The neighborhood is very friendly and family oriented. People of all ages reside here. My home was built in 2005 and is very bright and cheerful with a fully fenced in backyard with privacy ideal for pets. It is also a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. My home also has adequate parking for up to 3 vehicles.
What makes this property unique
The front porch and back porch are very sizeable and I enjoy sitting outside in Spring , Summer and Fall.
