This was our first time back to Mission Beach in years, and we had the best time! The two apartments worked out perfectly for us. The location: 10/10 - You can’t beat the few yards to the beach and proximity to Belmont Park!Extras: 10/10 - The beach equipment was ample and easy, and the double parking garage was key. With our group, the kitchens had everything we needed for cooking and serving. And the rooftop was a special location for celebration.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was in close proximity to the beach, mission and pacific beach areas. It was also a short drive from other areas if we wanted to venture out. Property was clean and the host was very responsive if questions arose. Would recommend for your stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this house. The many bathrooms were helpful with our family of 12. We loved that there were beach toys, chairs, wagon, and some boogie boards. The beach was on swimming restriction between our two lifeguard stations. We had to go down the beach to swim.

Parking for three cars was wonderful. It worked well for our family with grown kids as a base for a San Diego wedding. 4 couples plus a two year old and we all had plenty of room and room to have a quiet space for the toddler as well as bathrooms for wedding prep. Truly steps away from the beach and walkable to many restaurants. Never needed the air conditioning, the unit had a good cross breeze. Came with lots of beach chairs and sand toys which was a plus. Both kitchens had a lot of stuff to use.

We were very happy with this 3 story house and all its features. However we were under the incorrect impression from the description and photos that it faced the ocean. It doesn’t. It’s on a side street perpendicular to the beach, facing a public footpath and tightly spaced houses on all sides. However the neighbors were quiet and friendly even though it was Spring Break. Sunsets were visible from the nearby beach but not the house. Would rent it again.
