Our overall stay was one to remember and great. The property was well kept, very clean and safe. The views from the balcony while drinking morning coffee or watching sunset were relaxing and memorable. The jacuzzi is a great amenity especially to enjoy after a long day of activities. The convenience of the location of property is amazing minutes to local beaches, restaurants, shopping centers, activities/excursions, supermarket, gas station etc. The host was available and easy to contact/communicate with . Thank you Jay I will absolutely be booking with you again.

Location is fantastic, walkable to a breakfast place, very calm neighborhood. Beach is less than 10 mins away. Inside was comfortable but very bare minimum, no frills! But everything you need is there. Balcony was our favorite, the breeze is so nice and the view is fantastic. Overall great stay. Host is very communicative.

The host Jay was so helpful and responsive. For the 2 of us this was the perfect place to rest after a full day of taking in all that PR has to offer. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. It is a simple 1 bedroom, well-priced and a great value. Also near a grocery store, bakery, gas station -- and a 5 min. drive to beaches, restaurants, etc

The property was excellent and fit our needs perfectly. It's located in a decent looking neighborhood and I noticed several homes had cameras up. The apartment itself was extremely neat and clean. We felt very secure due to the locking gate and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves during our stay.

Great rental for my wife and I; spacious, good kitchen, quiet and clean. Very close to the beach, near restaurants and in a peaceful neighborhood. I would recommend having a car for this part of the island.

Flat was nice, had everything I needed. Jay was cool he let me check out 30mins later as my plans had a slight delay. I had minor issue fiding the property a Expedia site shows a different location. Jay sent message but finding it on maps is tricky.

We were not disappointed at all and I highly recommend Jay and his places as the ones to get! Very helpful host, great recommendations, and the views from the balcony was some of the prettiest views!! Cannot wait to come back!!
