The rental had everything we needed for a very relaxing family fun weekend. We enjoyed the paddle boards and were very appreciative that there were life vests there for our use. We enjoyed the hot tub, made s'mores around the campfire, played games inside. We made great meals together, and it was very comfortable. All of the amenities were great, very clean and beds were very comfortable.
It was such a relaxing stay with everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and the host was responsive. A perfect place to rest and unwind.
Host was very communicative and helpful with any and all questions. Check in and check out were seamless with clear instructions. Home was beautiful with a view to match.
No hair dryer, broken suitcase holder, no iron, spent coffee in the espresso machine, no shampoo or shower soap, uncomfortable chairs and mattresses. Feels neglected and haphazard. Misrepresented lake access and lake toys

We take guest feedback seriously, but we do want to clarify several points for accuracy.
The hair dryer and iron are provided at the property and you stated that it was there as it was communicated during your stay. The coffee station and guest supplies were stocked as noted in the pictures, and house instructions were also provided through the guest messaging and automated check-in/check-out communications.
Many of the concerns listed in this review were not raised until after the guest requested a 15% discount.
This is a lake house surrounded by nature, and the listing reflects a natural retreat setting. We continue to review guest feedback and maintain the property, but we believe this review does not fully reflect the condition of the home or the support provided during the stay.
Home is cozy, interior clean. Outside was unusable. Jacuzzi was green and kayak and paddle boards were filthy. There is not a good way to access the lake. Trust me I am saving you. The neighbors will tell you.

This review reflects a failure to read the provided information.
After check out she continued to complain and call me a liar and wishing karma get me.
It was it a bit traumatizing. I’ve never experience this before.
Our listing is detailed so guests can make informed decisions, including the natural setting and that lake access is a short walk down the street, not directly from the backyard. During the stay, I had to repeatedly send screenshots of the listing to point out information that had already been provided but was not read.
We went above and beyond to accommodate, including paying for additional cleaning for the exterior. She left the top of the jacuzzi open and then complained it was dirty. Due to debris falling into it because she left it open. She left the lake kayaks and boards outside of its designated area leaving it to the cleaner to put them back for her when our rules clearly state you are responsible for putting the toys back in its proper place.
We prioritize guests who read and align with the property as described. Based on this experience, we would not host this guest again.
Very nice house in a nice, quite area. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances and dishes, overall tbe house is clean and comfortable with plenty of space. Having a full bath on all 3 levels is a huge bonus. Met some if tbe neighbors and they were frendly as well. I would rent this place again.

Amenities, dirty dishes and false advertising. Expensive for lack of accommodations.
We enjoyed our short stay. Wish we could stay longer. Every little detail was taken care of. The location is just perfect. Will definitely book here again. Thanks!
The house is beautiful. Well decorated. Best Vrbo we’ve been at.
Only complaint is the the photos online do not represent how close other houses are.
Would stay there again for sure.
We stayed at the house while attending the petite La Mans race at Road Atlanta. Our sons, ages 9 and 13 were also with us. The house was perfect for all our needs. The beds were comfortable, the location was quiet and clean. A great reprieve from the noise of the race track!
Well designed space and well appointed. Family friendly with room for separate activities. We made s’mores over the fire pit, and the lake was a two minute drive down the street.
The cabin was lovely. Would certainly recommend. The only thing I would note is that the neighbors are extremely close by, so be extremely cautious with noise. The neighborhood itself is lovely and the house had everything we needed. Will definitely book again!
