Historic home, great location, lots of space. Walk to bars/food on Bardstown Rd. Short Uber to Nulu or Churchills Downs. The home is older and not a full time rental so closets and drawers will have stuff in them. Feel free to reach out with any questions. Landscape is a work in progress and the back of the house looks like a car junkyard. If you would feel the need to comment about this in review please seek alternate accommodations.
