Very cute bungalow, clean and quiet. We went to the race at Richmond racetrack and this house was about 5 minutes from the venue. Very clean, comfortable beds, nice kitchen. Definitely recommend this property. James is very responsive, he answers texts quickly and is extremely helpful.

Great pet friendly house with a fenced in back yard and private driveway. This house made for the perfect get away for us and our 2 dogs. Our dogs are older so having just 4 steps down to the private fenced in backyard was a blessing. The backyard is well lit for night time potty breaks. We will stay here again!

Great place to stay for long weekend in RVA

Our family stayed here for a long weekend in Richmond and really enjoyed it! The house was a great size, very clean and comfortable, and within a short drive to the places we visited. The host had great communication and also offered some really good suggestions for local restaurants and activities.

A nice clean place to stay with snacks and coffee, full bathtub and nice shower. Beds were a little firm for us but I know that can be personal preference.

Business Trip

Brought the family and loved our stay. House is in a quiet neighborhood, clean, full of little things to make for a nice stay like Keurig coffee, snacks in welcome basket upon arrival, laundry supplies, etc. House was immaculate, beds extremely comfortable, A/C excellent, privacy fenced backyard with comfy chairs, etc. Can't say enough! One of the best VRBO homes we've rented. Definitely will stay again!

Lovely house with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Communication with James was really quick and helpful and the place was very well stocked with equipment.Nice to have 2 large beds in the second bedroom for our teens. Main bed was huge. The matresses on all beds were on the hard side but ok.Location wise it suited us for access to what we wanted to do.

We are happy you were pleased with the host communication and we appreciate your feedback on the beds. We do understand that bed firmness is subject to personal preference but these are good note to keep in mind for us as we always strive to improve. If you can provide any additional insight as to how we could make your next stay a 5-star experience, feel free to reach out. We hope the bed situation did not greatly diminish your stay. Thank you for your feedback.

Charming, dog-friendly cottage with fenced yard

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The home is clean and cozy. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked. The snacks and coffee were a nice touch. The bed in the primary bedroom is very comfortable, which is much appreciated (we didn't use the other beds, but they appeared to have the same firm mattresses). The fenced back yard was very nice to have, as we had our dog with us. We also appreciated the host's restaurant recommendations. We particularly enjoyed Demi's Mediterranean restaurant. We'll definitely book this property again!

Cute home

Cute decor and well stocked. Fenced-in yard for my dogs. Quiet neighborhood although there were a few cars speeding by while I was unloading. I didn't realize until later that the driveway was for me to use. Kids were excited to play the Nintendo mini. Lots of towels and washcloths. Strong showerhead. Detailed communication. Old house, so pretty creaky floors, only noticed when my baby was sleeping though haha.

Thank you for your wonderful feedback! We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the cute decor and found the home well-stocked for your needs. It’s great to know that your dogs had a safe space to play in the fenced-in yard and that the kids had fun with the Nintendo mini! We appreciate your understanding regarding the neighborhood traffic and are glad you found the communication detailed. We’ll continue to keep an eye on any noise concerns, especially with our charming, creaky floors! We hope to welcome you and your family back for another stay soon!

quiet section of town, but close enough to get to where we wanted to go. Lawn service the night we checked in was a little annoying. Surrounding areas didn't feel 100% safe, but the street this unit is on was quiet and felt safe. Home was clean, nice area outside to sit. Had just about everything we needed to feel like we were in our own home. Wished there was some glassware- it was all plastic drinking glasses.
