Point of View is located just under ten minutes to downtown Brevard and boasts an unequivocal mountain view that can be seen from any gathering space inside or outside of the home. With a panoramic view like this, outdoor seating, corn hole boards, and a fire pit, there is almost no need to go inside!
On the main level of this 3 story home resides a sunlit living room, dining room, fully stocked kitchen, queen bedroom, and a bathroom equipped with a tub. Oh, and don't forget about the wrap around deck! The upper level bedrooms are furnished with a full bed in each and share a jack and jill bathroom. The lower level has yet another living room, bathroom, two more bedrooms, one twin, and one queen, and another deck showcasing the view.
Come experience the Brevard life by hiking, biking, shopping downtown, and partaking in the local food and drinks! On those days that you just want to stay in, both living rooms have a wonderful gas fireplace, making those crisp days even cozier.
Extra Notes:
- The driveway is gravel and will not be plowed after snow. This is important to keep in mind during the winter season.
- There is enough space for 3-4 cars in the driveway.
-There is a lot of wildlife just outside the front door, always make sure to use caution when sending dogs or children out.
- The house has both heat and AC throughout . Please note, the lower level ac units are 2 window units.
- No smoking in the house.
- No parties or unexpected guests sleeping over.
- If you damage something, let us know so that we can arrange for its replacement or repair.
- Lastly, have fun and enjoy the mountains!
Prior to check in a rental agreement must be signed for the property management company.
This house is pet friendly, with a one time additional fee of $150. Maximum of 2 pets, dogs are the only pets permitted. Approved pets are not allowed on furniture (including beds and sofas). Pets that are left unattended must be crated. Any damages will be charged to the card on file. Owners must clean up after their pet and dispose of all waste. No food or water is to be left outside; this will attract unwanted wildlife. Pets must be potty trained.
