House rental in charming historic house, private and upscale, tucked away in the quiet President’s Hill neighborhood, located off West Street (Annapolis Arts District) where many restaurants and shops are located. City Dock and the Navy Stadium within walking distance. Shuttle bus to downtown. Enjoy entire house, including front porch and back yard garden. Fully stocked for cooking including all basics (spices, oil/vinegar), coffee/tea.

Upscale, cozy, and large spaces. Large king sized bed with excellent quality mattress in master bedroom. Excellent quality Queen sized mattress and bed in second bedroom. There is a large TV in the front living room area. A wonderful wooden front porch with Adirondack chairs, a yard with patio furniture to lounge around on. Master bath has a deep bathtub for soaking and shower.

Guests have the entire 2 floors of the house.

Other things to note:
Fully equipped kitchen with full cookware including Vitamix blender, Instant Pot, cast iron pan, variety of coffee pots (including Mokamaster, French Press, Moka), tea kettle, etc.

I only rent to adults 30 years or older. Not suitable for children. Before booking, I require verification of id and agreement with house rules.

Host pays for on street parking for one vehicle - Guest activates pass online. Additional parking available in next door garage.
