The apartment in this resort was a disappointment,no A/C and was uncomfortable to fall asleep because it was so hot.It was super noisy because of the pool construction going on all day,mind you it was during the weekend.To use the laundry it makes you put 10 on a app that you're only gonna use maybe 6,couldn't use the gym because it so smelly in there so they must not clean it daily to get rid of the sweat everyone leaves behind.

Excellent value for where you’re at and what you get. Easy access to the beaches with no more than a 5 minute walk. Pool and spa was a great hang as well. All the basic amenities you need on property. Nothing too fancy but just right. Would definitely come back.

This is our second time staying at this complex, so close to every thing, we didnt even use our car. The condo was very clean, love the landscape of the village. The owerners kept in contact with us, very easy to work with. Highly recommend North Coast Village!

On second day of our stay at North Coast Village in Oceanside, they shut off water an hour earlier than announced and my husband was in the shower. On the third day they started jack hammering in the balcony right next to our condo literally 10 feet away. My husband asked the workers to stop until after we're gone and they should inform the HOA. On the fourth day they started jack hammering even earlier starting at 7:30am. My husband went to the hoa office where he was treated poorly and dismissed and got into a confrontation with employees who would not acknowledge the bad situation. This is not how guests who have paid should be treated by the hosts and those in charge. This experience has affected us mentally and physically where the proximity of jack hammering has affected our hearing. We hope we can find some form of remedy to compensate us for the poor treatment and harm we received at North Coast Village due to Negligence.
