About this property

Modern Loft in the Heart of Seattle

Beautifully appointed contemporary loft is located inside one of the original Seattle buildings. It offers historic charm and modern conveniences. Hand selected furnishings, soothing colors and lush finishes create a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of exploring multiple attractions nearby. Stay in modern comfort while enjoying rich history of this 1908 building that is on the National Register of the Historic Places. Our property boasts 98 walk score, but public transit is nearby.

Parking garage entrance is 6'7" and parking space is 8ft x 15ft meant for up to midsize vehicles best.

Unit has city sky line exposure and positioned over alleyway between buildings. Occasional sound from passing cars/person may be heard. Since you are in the center of the city, police/service vehicles may be heard from anywhere. For your comfort, we provide a sound machine and ear plugs, but most guests do not find that it's noisy at all.

In our mild climate it is not common for buildings to have AC. However, for our guests' comfort we provide a portable AC from mid May to mid September. Even on a warm day, however, opening the windows and turning on floor fan will keep the property very comfortable.

This condo is very well laid out and has all of the basic supplies you would need for a great stay. The owners even added some extra touches like K cups, games, and shampoo conditioner in the shower. The location is ideal for visiting Pike Place Market, downtown Seattle, the space needle, the waterfront & ferry terminals — all of the spots we wanted to visit were within walking distance! We appreciated the electronic blinds on the top side of windows and wish they’d been a bit more blackout style and the dumpster service in the alley beyond the windows was loud at night. However, everything else about this place was perfect. It is clean and comfortable and nicely decorated, right in the heart of Belltown.

This place was all we could have asked for. It was clean, secure parking and within walking distance of most of the activities we chose to do on our trip. I did have a little difficulty checking in but the host was very accommodating to assist me. They were extremely helpful and kind. If we were to come to Seattle again I would choose these guys.

It was clean, very detailed check in process. Loved that the host provided an umbrella in the unit for use. No complaints. Loved that we were able to walk to majority of the places we wanted. This place is staying on my list for future visits! :)

Highly recommend this place! The location is great and we slept very comfortably. The rules to the building make it feel very safe especially if you are a solo traveler. The place was very clean and the host are very thorough on how to check in and out which I really appreciated. I know some reviewers had concerns about the noise but we almost didn’t even notice it. The parking spot is tight but doable as long as you take into consideration what the host says. Overall 10/10 recommend

The place was absolutely adorable and conveniently located!! There was a sports bar next door—Vindiktiv, I think it was, and the chicken wings were probably the best I have ever had instructions were very clear and it set our expectations, and I appreciate that. Highly recommended.

The host was very responsive to questions before and during our stay. Location of the apartment was perfect for walkability, the included secure parking and self check in were also on our list of requirements. The unit was clean and comfy. We appreciated the foam earplugs, as we are not used to city sounds, and running the fan as white noise was helpful. Also, having coffee pods, creamer and basics such as olive oil, salt, pepper and other spices were much appreciated. Thanks for a nice stay.

Downtown living in Seattle.

We enjoyed the location of this nice little loft in Belltown. Lots to do in the immediate area. Plenty of restaurants to choose from as well.
