This condo is SO BEAUTIFUL! Everything is exactly as described. The view is breathtaking from the balcony! We will definitely book this condo again! We fell in love with it! The pool is also really nice as well!

We had a great stay at Summer House 1402B in Orange Beach. Everything about the property met our expectations. While the unit is a bit dated, it was accurately represented in the listing and matched the description perfectly.Communication from the host was excellent from start to finish, making check-in and our stay completely hassle-free. The location is fantastic, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. We experienced no issues during our visit and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We would definitely stay at this unit again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place to stay in Orange Beach.

Great Trip

The condo was great. The location was in great proximity to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. Short walk to the beach and the pool was refreshing. Great friendly environment for the whole family.

Nice family Vacation!

It was our 1st experience at Orange Beach!! Our condo was nice over looking the ocean.. It was walking distance to stores and restaurants! We plan on staying again soon!

Wonderful Condo!

I was looking for a condo that was comfy and relaxing. This was it! I loved that this condo accommodated a family of 6 adults comfortably! Great location and walking distance to our favorite restaurant, Coastal. I would love to stay here again!

Great condo! Loved the deck and location - close to restaurants and shopping. The deck floor could use a good cleaning. The property was very well kept. The elevators were fast and clean. We were on the 14th floor and didn’t have to wait long at all.

Best condo ever

We loved staying at Spanish Key. We come down to this area every year and this was the best place we ever stayed. The condo was just as described and pictured. Plenty of room for our family and very clean. Just big enough, beautiful beach, friendly neighbors, good location. We enjoyed the fitness center, sauna, pool, and hot tub. We will be back.

Very nice condo, roomy and sleeps a lot. Best balcony I have ever had!!

Our stay was wonderful. Only 2 issues, one there was sand in our bed. When we got there we had not been to the beach and we went to bed and there was sand in the bed. Also, a few outlets were not working. Otherwise it was perfect. The Keurig was a nice touch. The balcony was the best ever. Spacious and cozy! Will stay here again.

Nice unit

The construction was a disappointment. A lot of trash surrounding the condo and appeared that no one was cleaning construction debris. It was unclear on how to gain access to the building due to all the construction upon arrival.
