Family friendly, split level floor plan in a South Forest Beach gated complex which allows privacy while still offering a great view of the ocean and also has a new on site pool for 2024. Unit 29 is just steps to the beach and has a covered carport, full size washer/dryer in the laundry room, two family areas - one on second floor main living area next to the kitchen and another downstairs adjacent to the twin bedroom. After hours in the surf, vacationers can dip into the newly constructed freshwater pool located in the courtyard. This property has a pedestal mounted charcoal grill just off of the first floor patio. Hilton Head Beach Villa 29 is located in a gated community and has easy access to the villa with a ground floor entrance and a carport. It has a fully equipped kitchen along with 3 full baths, wireless internet, and a lovely outdoor dining space on the patio. Hilton Head Beach Villas is a small quiet complex that makes for a perfect relaxing vacation. King in the primary bedroom, queen in bedroom 2 and 2 twins downstairs in bedroom 3. Among the amenities offered throughout the Island, Hilton Head Beach Villa 29 is located within walking distance of Coligny Plaza & Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. You can also visit the New Lowcountry Celebration Park which has quickly become quite popular with both tourists and locals alike.

The location was fantastic. The kitchen set up was not ideal. It was a one person kitchen and getting by the table was impossible when everyone was seated. The downstairs suite was really nice. If not for the kitchen, the place would have been ideal.

We loved the location of the property to the beach. The pool was very nice, zero entry which our grandchildren loved. It would have been nice if it were heated, as it was definitely chilly. The property was clean and beds were comfortable. One suggestion would be to replace the chairs on the upstairs living area. They were not very comfortable and squeaked when people sat in them. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 children.

Family Trip

Our family (three young kids) had a fantastic week here. Too many highlights to list all, but we particularly enjoyed the newly updated pool, the proximity to the beach and the proximity to bike paths. We rented bikes from a place just across the street. Everything was extremely convenient. Thank you!

I really appreciated how well-stocked the kitchen was, both in terms of cooking supplies and basic spices, oil, etc. It's close enough to the beach and pool that we felt comfortable letting our 8 year old go back and forth on his own. Neither the pool nor the area of beach in front of the complex were overcrowded, even though it was peak season. Check in and out were super easy. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a great location, close to Coligny plaza, shops, restaurants, playgrounds and children's museum. It was such a great place to stay with a family.

The kitchen was well stocked - we had everything we needed. The only 2 things that bothered was the tv’s - they are very small and truly outdated. And the Queen bed’s mattress was weird....
