This is a very clean house next to a golf course. Leann was very helpful and responsive and the house had everything we needed and wanted. The back deck was lovely to sit on and look at the golf course. There is a hot tub and fire table as well. The location worked very well for us to get around the Des Moines area. It was a nice, quiet neighborhood.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Leann and Joe are very accommodating. The house had everything that we needed. The beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed the hot tub! We will definitely stay again when we come back to Iowa to visit family!!

My cousin and I enjoyed our stay for a girl’s weekend! Leann was communicative & friendly, the house was exactly as described, and the hot tub & fire pit were amazing! If you’re in the Des Moines area I highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful home away from home. Very clean with a wonderful deck to sit and have coffee and watch the golfers. Of course it is close enough to walk to the couse for a couple rounds! Grandkids enjoyed the games and we enjoyed the special greetings. Will stay again on our next trip to Iowa.

The Altoona Iowa golf course house

This house is a great place to stay. The golf course club house is right next door, by the way an excellent course. The owner is super to deal with everything was perfect. All the beds were very comfortable. This place even has a basement to get away from storms. We would definitely go back and stay again.

Leann left us a nice welcome note with some treats which was very sweet. The home was comfortable and clean and nicely stocked with supplies and towels. The kitchen was well equipped. We really enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub on the deck overlooking the golf course. Being middle-aged women, we appreciated the fan in each of the bedrooms lol
