Located in the heart of Bemus Point, NY.Sean and Susan are great hosts. They replied immediately when we had questions or needs.The suite is comfortable with a very nice porch to watch the goings on of Bemus Point and see Chautauqua Lake.

Stayed for my son’s birthday weekend. The suite was very clean and comfortable. The ice cream shop was closed still for the season and they supplied us everything we needed to make our own Sundays. Nice touch. Would definitely recommend staying at splash suites.

As soon as we walked into our room, my husband declared "I could live here." And he felt the same way for the full three days. This is our second stay at Splash Suites and trust me, there will be a third. The accommodations are perfect and the location is beyond belief. Shawn and Susan are such lovely hosts. And, if you go down to the wonderful restaurant, you can hear Shawn on the piano! That alone is worth the trip. The drive to the Chatauqua Institution was simple and we would NEVER consider staying anywhere else. See you next summer!

Very Nice new place in a great location

We enjoyed the view off the balcony and great location. Shops and restaurants all walking distance. Nice new condo, great TV and channels, full kitchen, easy parking. I would definitely stay again.

We have always loved to vacation and can appreciate nice accommodations, excellent service, good food, and unique places, so we are now sharing our best experiences with you.

Bemus Point is located in Chautauqua County, and this area has many things to do, whatever season you choose to visit. When you do, we look forward to meeting you!
