Loved the property! Great location for walkability and proximity to all things Bemus Point. The space was clean, big bathroom, nice kitchen, large family room and a porch! Off street parking and the unit felt very safe. Highly recommended!

Stayed for my son’s birthday weekend. The suite was very clean and comfortable. The ice cream shop was closed still for the season and they supplied us everything we needed to make our own Sundays. Nice touch. Would definitely recommend staying at splash suites.

As soon as we walked into our room, my husband declared "I could live here." And he felt the same way for the full three days. This is our second stay at Splash Suites and trust me, there will be a third. The accommodations are perfect and the location is beyond belief. Shawn and Susan are such lovely hosts. And, if you go down to the wonderful restaurant, you can hear Shawn on the piano! That alone is worth the trip. The drive to the Chatauqua Institution was simple and we would NEVER consider staying anywhere else. See you next summer!
