Brandon made sure everything was accommodating for my stay. It's a charming little spot that is in an easy to access location. I highly recommend staying here especially if you're working on a budget.

Easy to Uber to and from downtown Denver in about 25 minutes, spacious driveway for big rentals, interior was clean, kitchen utensils could have been slightly better stocked but otherwise we loved it!

Great stay!

We really enjoyed staying here for the week! It’s decorated so cute and had everything we needed. Bed was comfy, ac worked great. The location is great, not too far to the Boulder area and the mountains. Brandon and Megan are great hosts!

This one room unit had everything I needed. The kitchen had everything needed for an extended stay. The bed was comfortable. It was very clean. The owner was wonderful as he responded to my questions almost instantly. The parking is good, the neighborhood is good. There is a King Soopers within walking distance.

Lake Arbor VRBO

This is a good place to stay if you just need a place to sleep. It doesn’t really have a kitchen nor any extras but it was a good place to sleep and Lake Arbor is really close by which is awesome to walk around.

Loved staying there and it was close to everything I needed. Sometimes the sound from the unit next to me would bleed in but not enough to bother me. Quiet neighborhood as well.
