Reviewing now for a stay back in August. The apartment is just as described and pictured in the listing. All on the second floor, up a flight of steps, but no steps once you are inside. Everything was clean and functional. It's an older building that has been nicely renovated over time.There is a nice living room, and a central room with kitchen on one side and dining area on opposite corner. It's an efficient set up that makes good use of the space. The bedrooms are a bit small for queen beds, with limited or no space between the side of the bed and the walls (see the photos), but it would be fine for kids and was OK for adults. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom is a bit snug too, so smallish sink, but it has a nice shower, and good hot water.It is about two blocks from the "Winooski Circle", and we enjoyed walking over there to the coffee shop on the corner. It is just a short drive to UVM, and good location overall.

My friend and I had a wonderful visit. The property was clean and the directions we were given by the host were very clear and easy to follow. I would 100% recommend staying at this property and any other property with this host.

Wonderful neighborhood location

It's a great little apartment in a quiet neighborhood. We liked that it's so close to UVM, Winooski is a great little town and met our needs for graduation weekend.

Great weekend rental

Apartment was clean and had all that we needed. Great location for visiting our college age student in Burlington. Walking distance to restaurants and bars in downtown Winooski. We would definitely rent this apartment again.

The property was clean and comfortable. The one thing of note is the bathroom is small. The shower would be difficult to accommodate anyone over 200lbs. With that being said, we would not hesitate to book another stay if heading that way!

Great home; perfect for our needs

Great location, great unit and really comfortable beds! My only issue was that the trash can in the bathroom had not been emptied from the guests before us. We will keep this property in mind and hopefully stay again when we are in the area.
