Made for people ready to have fun in their vacation home! Two bedrooms upstairs with large spacious living room and kitchen that is open and ready for entertaining! There is a TV for every bedroom for those who need them to sleep. Screened porch on ground level with kitchen for family and friend gatherings. Easy access to East & West Matagorda Bays for fishing or offshore fishing in the Gulf of Mexico. No access to boat lift.
