Relax in the new Hot Tub & Forget your worries in this spacious & serene home at the top of the Mountain! Custom home with over 4,200 Sqft features 5 BEDROOMS -4 Kings, 1 Queen, and 1 futon and crib in the office. Relax at night in comfortable beds with new mattresses and crisp white bedding! Bathrooms are stocked with toiletries, hair dryers, and white linens. The gourmet kitchen features full sets of pots, pans, coffee maker (pods/coffee provided), gas range, crock pot, toaster oven, Instapot, and more...everything you need to prepare amazing meals (full spice cabinet provided!). Best coffee spot in the world - the gorgeous sunroom features expansive views which opens to the main deck with private mountain views among the evergreens and aspen grove with breathtaking meadow and enclosed dog run! This magnificent home is worlds away & still close enough to go out to dinner, enjoy nature & shop in downtown Evergreen, or catch a show at Red Rocks!

5 bedrooms - 4 King Beds, 1 Queen Bed, 1 Futon & Crib (in 2nd floor office area)
Main floor features 2 living areas, kitchen, huge deck, sunroom, utility room, formal dining, breakfast area, and 1/2 bath.
2nd Floor features 3 bedrooms - all with KING beds - featuring new mattresses & white linens, 2 full bathrooms, and Office with futon and crib
Walk-out Basement features 2 bedrooms - 1 King & 1 Queen, 1 full bathroom, Media Room, game room, wine/coffee bar area, and large walk out covered patio.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the home with exception of owner's closets (not located in the bedrooms). No one else will be at the property during your stay!

******PLEASE NOTE: 4-wheel drive vehicle is required during Winter, Spring & Fall! We are located on a paved county-maintained road; however, the home has a steep driveway. We just installed heated driveway tracks so things should be easier this season :)

A great stay at this lovely home with an amazing view. Very cozy and plenty of room for a family thanksgiving. Kitchen was well appointed and made preparing a thanksgiving meal away from home easy.Kerri was a great host and was easy to communicate with and answered all our questions with a quick response.Would definitely recommend this place and hope to return.

We enjoyed having a family Christmas in the mountains. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware which my husband loved. It was nice that there was a Christmas tree nicely decorated. The grandkids loved having the big screen downstairs to watch movies and the hot tub was great.

The location was perfect and exactly what we were hoping. The property was clean with lots of thoughtful extras! We enjoyed the hot tub, used the telescope to watch a meteor shower, enjoyed daily visits from the deer, and played games at night. We had a wonderful stay at this property! There were three of us, and the home had more than enough space for everyone to feel comfortable. The location was fantastic, with incredible views that made the trip even more memorable. The kitchen was very well-stocked, making it easy for us to cook meals and even grill during our stay.When we arrived, the home hadn’t yet been cleaned, but the owners had communicated this with us ahead of time and handled the situation quickly and professionally, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this property to others.

Stunning home in among nature!

Stunning home immersed in nature in the mountains. Everything you need, like your own home, tastefully decorated. We enjoyed the sunroom every morning with coffee and fun family time, viewing the deer as they appeared from the trees and enjoyed the winter wonderland, especially our family in from Southern California. Close to many hikes and a quick trip into Evergreen. We had a beautiful Easter weekend! .

One of the nicest places I have rented. Lots of space for everyone. Kitchen is well stocked with pans, utensils, rolling pin, measuring cups, micro plane. We baked and everything was there. Beds comfortable. King size beds were a plus.

Beautiful view

We stated at this beautiful property to be in the area for our daughters engagement. This home is immaculate,very cozy warm and inviting. The location was perfect for all of our planned activities and the Evergreen area is beautiful. We will book again and recommend to anyone that is interested in the perfect Colorado mountain vacation home this is it! It even snowed during our stay! In May! My favorite room was the sunroom with the most beautiful view of the mountains and snow! Cant wait to return.

We were a party of 8 adults in our 40s and 50s in town to see a concert at Red Rocks (easy 30 min drive), white water raft (25 min to Idaho Falls), hike (from the house!), and celebrate a birthday. This house had EVERYTHING we needed and was super comfortable for a group that size. We had all meals, save one, at the house and found the kitchen to be stocked with everything we required. The host checked in several times to make sure we were set and answer any questions. The deck was made for sunset cocktails as the views are nothing short of stunning. Not sure how many houses this group has rented for similar outings over the years but we all agreed this was the best. Nothing felt cheap, sheets were good quality, knives were sharp IYKYK. 100 percent would stay again. Resident fox hanging out with us was a big bonus.

Steep Driveway in Winter

The house was perfect with plenty of room! If booking in the winter do note that the picture in the listing of the driveway is very deceiving. It is very steep so for the winter you have to back down it and the if it gets snow and then turns to ice you will just spin trying to get out. Be sure and take a couple 40 lb bags of salt with you to put down at night and early morning. Other than that we loved the house and the area.

Our home is unique because of our spectacular sunroom that offers a one-of-a-kind vantage point from which to relax indoors and soak in nature surrounding the property! When the snow is drifting in on the trees or sunrise is slowly lighting the sky - the view is truly breathtaking and never gets old. Every day we're able to look out and find wildlife surrounding the home - elk, deer & fox are all regular visitors! The home is truly a dream!!
