Thank you for sharing this detailed feedback. We are glad you liked the location, and we are very sorry for the cleanliness issues, maintenance problems, and light disturbance you experienced. It is good to hear the ceiling leak was addressed quickly, but we understand this does not make up for the inconvenience. Your comments about the size, cleaning, drainage, and curtains have been shared with our team so we can improve and prevent this in the future. We appreciate you helping us identify where we need to do better.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us! We’re so glad to hear everything met your expectations overall and that you found the property to be just as advertised. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the door code upon arrival. While we’re happy our call center team was able to assist and get things resolved, we understand how frustrating that initial delay must have been especially with the added challenge of noise nearby. Regarding the parking issue this is managed and maintained by the Homeowners Association at the property and as such Southern has no control over this issue. Your feedback is invaluable as this helps to enhance the overall guest experience and we hope to have the opportunity to host you for a future stay. Your Southern Team

Good Day Marsha, thank you for taking time out of your day to review the property. We appreciate your feedback and can assure you we take that into consideration. We have since replaced the mattress in the unit to a much more up to date one. We hope that you will come back to see us very soon and allow us to show you a true 5-Star Gulf Coast experience. Kind Regards, Your Southern Team

Hello Renee, Thank you for your review and feedback. We are glad to hear you had a great experience. We hope that you come back next year for another memorable vacation! Kindest Regards, Your Southern Team

Hi Todd, We appreciate your feedback. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your time at the property. We wanted to address your worries that we don't have sufficient employees. Thank you for your feedback, Michelle. I'm sorry to hear about the issues you encountered with the washer/dryer unit and the oven drawer during your stay. Providing fully functional amenities is important to us, and we apologize for any inconvenience or damage caused to your clothing. I do see that you called our 24/7 Guest Services team to report these issues and we sent our local Property Managers over quickly to address and get your stay back on track. Your feedback is invaluable, and we have since posted instructions on how to operate the European washer and dryer system. Additionally, we will work to ensure that all necessary items, such as baking sheets, are readily available for our guests' use. Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future and provide you with a more enjoyable stay. – Your Southern Team
