MOUNTAIN FORK RIVER HOUSE VACATION RENTAL READY TO GO sitting on over seven acres with beautiful view and SOUNDS of the Mountain Fork River in west central Arkansas. This property is a spacious, beautiful two-story home with a wraparound porch just100 yards away from the river. Stone veneer fireplace with gas insert, fully equipped kitchen with island. Sleeps ten with one downstairs bedroom and bath, one sleeper sofa sleeps two in living room area, two bedrooms upstairs and bath, plus two bunk beds that hold maximum weight of 165lbs (total 8 adults, 2 children). The massive oak trees that surround the house are a fabulous touch for this property. There is an enclosed game room with hot tub, pool table and game table. Fire pit area and propane (provided) grill. WOLF PEN GAP is just 15-20 minutes away to the south trailhead for ATV riding. The town of Mena is 15 minutes north where Walmart, restaurants and grocery shopping are available.

Memorial Weekend Getaway

We had a nice relaxing getaway. The property was perfect for our plans. We floated the river in our canoes and were able to make our exit at the house. The current owner was very helpful and attentive. I would most definitely recommend this rental as a 5 star.

Just what we were looking for!

This place is absolutely amazing! My husband and I enjoyed 3 days and only left one time to get a couple nessecities at the local dollar general that is about 10 mins away. The game room was wonderful and the river was amazing. The bed was surprisingly comfortable as well. I would caution that if you have a low sitting car to make sure you come in from the Mena/Hatfield direction. We came from the opposite direction and traveled a significant distance on rough, loose gravel. If you come from the Mena/Hatfield direction you will only travel on gravel for a mile or less. For reference we were in a 19' Toyota Camry with low profile tires and had to go very slow and straddle the higher gravel without dragging. We hope to return to this slice of heaven before the owners retire there in a couple years.

Family Getaway
