The Fall Line Condo gives you great value, comfort, convenience of location, and friendly service. The Fall Line is located in the Town of Telluride, walking distance to main street, the park, shopping, the library, free gondola and river trail. It's on the free, town bus loop.

The unit is fully furnished with a full kitchen, dining table, living room, private deck and laundry center. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The second bedroom has a double and single bed. Amenities include, elevator access and covered parking. We would be pleased to have you as our guests.

You can tell this place is loved. The owners take great care of it. It's giving 90s grandma vibes but they don't make em like they used to iykyk. Microwave is minimum 30 yo and it still works. Decor does not stray from the vibe and I am here for it.Tom and Elaine, please don't ever change. If you're measuring against the ridiculous capitalist consumer private equity yardstick, this place wins by a mile (or more). Location could not be finer. Room has everything, there were even scissors and extra twist ties in the drawer. Saved us, as the wheel came off our sun shade tote on the second day of TBF and the twist ties made the wheel last the entire rest of the festival.Grandma does not miss. She's resourceful. TBF was more magical than I expected and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. 15/10

We had a great stay. Mid of the town. 5min walk to gondola. Bunch of restaurants and bars nearby as well as a supermarket. Very comfy condo with evr thing that you need to cook.

Telluride condo

The condo was very close to the gondola station. We enjoyed sitting on the patio in the middle of town. The check in was easy and the condo was close to everything. Loved our stay.

Thank you for your input. We have soft, medium, firm, jell, and foam pillows. We have extra pillows in the closets, in each dresser and under the TV in the living room. We have 7 - 10 extra pillows in the condo. You texted and called us for restaurant recommendations but never mentioned pillows. We were happy to assist you with questions. The condo is a two bedroom, one bath with full kitchen, dining, living room, entryway, private deck and is 714 square feet. One free parking space in the covered garage is also included. Central Location

Tom and Elaine Schroedl moved to Telluride in 1971. We love the skiing and hiking in Telluride. It's a very cosmopolitan small town with lots of festivals. We have managed a condo in The Fall Line since 1988. We would love to accommodate you!

We love Telluride and chose The Fall Line because of it's great location near the gondola and walking distance to everything, the Town of Telluride, Town park, and river trail. The Fall Line is more spacious, with a private balcony, than most comparable units.

What makes this property unique

The Fall Line is quiet. Has underground parking. It's located next to the library, the grocery store, the town park, river trail, and Telluride main street. It's walking distance to everything and is on the bus line. The units are clean and well kept. Guests love our location!
