Family wknd getaway

Perfect space for multiple families to come together. Having a bathroom to each room provided comforting privacy. Perfect location just up the road from town and the marina. Hosts were fantastic - friendly and attentive.

Charming, clean min-mansion on the lake that is perfect for large family gatherings. Although the weather didn't cooperate, our family had a great time utilizing the large house, private bedrooms with their own ensuite to make the best of it. The large dining room made for a perfect place for board games and the large family room was perfect for Switch, college football and charades. There are several nice restaurants in town and walking distance to Norton's. Matt was very responsive to every question and offered assistance with any issue we might have, but everything went well. Past Labor Day, the town slows down which could work for adults only but the weather can be unpredictable.

Lake/Golfing Weekend in Green Lake

Our stay in The Manor was perfect. The lake is gorgeous and the house gives you some of the best views in Green Lake of it. The town is a hot spot and the surrounding area golf is some of the best in Wisconsin. The host was very accommodating and flexible to any of our needs! I would recommend this property for any weekend stay in Green Lake.

Relaxed and beautiful

The historic home is in a great location in a beautiful lakefront neighborhood and worked perfectly for our family reunion on the lake. The house is classically beautiful inside with a comfortable, relaxed feel. The hosts were very easy to work with and extremely accommodating.

We enjoyed our stay at the manor! The property is beautiful and has plenty of space for everyone. We were able to use the kayaks, paddle boards, and outdoor spaces. Walkable to downtown green lake and Norton's steak house. We had some minor issues with hot water, but the host was very attentive and helped to fix it for us right away!

Each room has its own bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped. The house is very clean, no bugs, even on the outdoor areas. Every outdoor space gives visitors different vantage points of the lake. Town and the sandy beach are walkable but likely a drive for the little ones given a lack of sidewalks along the path. Dog walking is convenient either on property or down the dead end street accessible from the property. All of the indoor living spaces encourage group gatherings with views of the lake from the magnificent windows! Thank you Matt for sharing your beautiful home with our multi-generational family!

Awesome Historic Home for Family Trip

A step back in history, we enjoyed exploring this amazing home. Our friends and family numbering 11 had plenty of space with the 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. Beds were comfortable for a good nights’ sleep, however, there were no window shades. We loved the views and spent lots of time on the water. We had a few glitches, but Matt and Karen addressed those quickly, with good communication with us. We previously owned lake property, so this was a nostalgic return. We would definitely come back when in Green Lake.

This is the perfect house for a family gathering. It had enough space for all and the bathroom for each bedroom was very nice. Perfect location and great view of the lake. The host, Matt, was very accommodating and responsive.
