Country setting just 1.5 miles from Holiday World. Plenty of space (2 acres) to spend evenings out by the firepit and let the kids play. Check out the wildlife as squirrels, deer and turkey are roaming the area. Updated and clean with plenty of parking which includes a carport. Bonus: Next door are 2 other airbnbs (Yellow-X Marks the Spot and Red-X Marks the Spot) which can be rented for more family and friends.(11 acres)
Our airbnb is unique as it is only 1.5 miles from the town but has a great country setting. Trees and plenty of room to play. A neighboring airbnb is also listed that can be rented together for big family outings.
You have access to the house but no out buildings.

Our town is known for Santa Claus as it is called. Santa Claus Land now Holiday World was founded in 1946 and continues to grow and employ alot of neighboring high school kids. We are a small community known to help one another and to be friendly to guests.
Holiday World, Lincoln State Park, Santa Claus Museum,Santa's Candy Castle, The Christmas Store, and the famous Santa Claus Post Office(Santa Letters come there to be answered) are just a few of our close by attactions. We also have a Dollar General and grocery store for your conveience. No public transportation but new walking and biking trails are available.
Smoking is NOT PERMITTED in our house. If it is found that your party has smoked inside the house, a cleaning fee of $300 will automatically be charged.
Due to sanitary issues, NO PETS are allowed inside or outside our house. Please make other arrangements for your pets prior to your trip.
We will provide sheets, blankets, pillows, bath and kitchen towels and washcloths. We also provide shampoo, conditioner, body soap, laundry detergent, dryer sheets and a starter pack on toilet paper, trash bags and paper towel. Coffee, single serve coffee, creamer along with ketchup and mustard packets.
