The house was clean and updated and in a good location. Right behind it is a coffee shop you can walk to which we really enjoyed. Would definitely stay here again!
This home was perfect for us while visiting family in Eureka Springs. The home was super clean and welcoming and had everything we needed. It's the perfect homebase for morning hikes at Lake Leatherwood then exploring downtown, antique shops and great restaurants! One note is that the home is top/bottom duplex with downstairs neighbors. They were very quiet and we had no issues but I do hope we didn't disturb them! This home will be the first rental we look at for our next trip to Eureka Springs!
Eureka Springs is the best quick getaway, and this home was perfect for what we needed. The beds were the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in on the road. The on-site laundry and kitchen complete with the necessary utensils made my stay stress free! This host knows how to make you feel at home!
Property was clean and well maintained. Tucked away in between two businesses but not noisy at all. Great place to stay but if you are looking for something more off the grid, you might look at some cabins in the woods. We had a good time and would recommend it.
just perfect for our part of three. easy in and out unusual for eureka. nice bar right there, the house itself, wonderful! sparkling clean, comfy beds, good Wi-Fi, just great!! thanks
My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. It was a great experience! I was concerned that it’d be too far from downtown, but it wasn’t at all. The trolley stops right out front. The brewery right beside the house is a real gem. It was perfect!
This was the perfect little house to relax in while in Eureka Springs. It’s right on the edge of town. Close to everything but far enough out to be really quiet at night. I was a little worried about being so close to the Rowdy Beaver but it was never an issue. The house was super clean and the host was easy to communicate with. A pleasure to stay here. I will stay again.
We had a wonderful time. This property was dog friendly, so our two golden doodles were able to travel with us. The house was very nice. It was clean and comfy. It was located between a brewery, coffee shop and a bar/restaurant, so if we did not feel like driving, we could walk to any of the three establishments. It was a few minutes from downtown and a few minutes from trails and other activities. I would definitely stay here again.
This was a lovely home, well appointed and with a very comfortable bed in one of the rooms. It was not mentioned that either the previous group or inhabitants downstairs are smokers. The entire unit smells very strongly of old, stale cigarettes. Perhaps a deal breaker for some.
This house served our family stay in Eureka well. The central location in the heart of Eureka made it easy to zip around from one adventure to another while being able to stop at the house to lunch. When we travel we prefer to make our own meals and found the kitchen adequately stocked- a big mixing bowl would have been a welcomed addition though.
Upon arriving I was surprised to find that the accommodation is the upper level of a home (and not the entire house). I thought the downstairs tenants would be a problem when shortly after we arrived, they told us we parked in the wrong spot and then made the comment, "oh, you have three kids." Our stay ended with few encounters with them and it wasn't a problem.
I would recommend this house to small groups or families and I would stay there again.

Not sure if the downstairs neighbor smoked but there a strong cigarette smell in the house. We had to deal with flies constantly. Not sure how they were getting in but could have something to do with the tavern dumpster that is right outside the front door which is not pictured or mentioned anywhere.
