Located in the heart of downtown Melbourne, this single family home is 2 blocks from the center of downtown. A short walk away you’ll find great restaurants, bars and unique shops. This is the perfect home base for all the Orlando attractions, Space Center and two miles across Indian River Lagoon to beautiful beaches.
The space
Enjoy all the comforts of home with a fully equipped kitchen, granite counters, outside dining, gas grill and private back yard. 50” flat screen TV in living area, high speed wifi, queen size bed with 32” TV in the bedroom. Washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. Clean and well maintained. Everything you need for your get away, just bring your spirit of adventure!

Your Happy Place was a wonderful, sweet cottage tucked away in the middle of downtown. Everything was nearby. The place was clean and quiet, and the outdoor area was great for morning coffee. Highly recommend this place.

Perfect Location

The location was within walking distance to the Historic Downtown and an easy ride to the beach. It was a short stay, but we still enjoyed the backyard garden as well as the well-appointed cottage.

Great host, cleanliness but bad location

Donna was great and the property was super clean and have everything I needed for a temp resident during my job relocation. The only bad thing is the location. It is close to the train tracks and the train would goes through there all time of the night 2-3 times.
