About this property

End-unit apartment with spacious lawn

This 4-unit building has been tastefully renovated into comfortable spaces that are ON the Seneca Lake wine trail. The generous living room with plenty of cozy seating is flanked by the Kithcen/dining area. A short hall separates the bedrooms from the common areas. The full bathroom is sandwiches in between the two bedrooms and contains a custom-tiled shower and large vanity. There is also a private half-bath en-suite contained within the rear Queen bedroom for extra privacy between guests. The newer HVAC system makes heating or air conditioning quick and easy. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances and opens up directly on to a stamped concrete patio with propane grill and outdoor dining set. A few steps further is the tiered back yard. Each unit has their own firepit and adirondack chairs to take in the evenings and starry nights. These units offer a large parking lot and easy loading and unloading of luggage. State route 414 is the main road that travels the east side of Seneca Lake and contains numerous local breweries, wineries and restaurants. Watkins Glen is less than 5 miles and Watkins Glen International racetrack is within 15 minutes. Watkins Glen State Park, Seneca Lake and the Finger Lakes National Forest are all within minutes. This unit is the furthest unit to the south and is contained in the same building as the following vrbo property IDs: #3346653(unit 1), #3356010 (unit 2) and 2926204 (unit 3).

We've stayed here 3 years in a row. It is a perfect location, close to Watkins Glen and all our favorite wineries and breweries. It rained most of our trip so it was so nice to have a comfy and clean place to relax during the inclement weather.

Our 4 night stay in the end unit apartment was fantastic! The unit was so clean, updated & comfortable- we felt like we were staying at a friend's home! The unit had everything we needed, including in the kitchen. We comfortably cooked in one night and found everything we needed to make the dinner we brought. Location is fantastic. Although there are vineyards close by, you would need to drive to any of them due to the busy road out front. Slight traffic noise from the front bedroom when a motorcycle or loud vehicle went by at night, but certainly not disruptive to sleep! We would definitely stay again when we're in the area. Owner was very easy to communicate with and promptly answered any messages I sent prior and during our stay.

Great weekend getaway
