The home is perfect year-round for the angler or bring the whole family with lots of room for fun! Costa Del Rio offers kayaks, fishing, a boat slip, and plenty games on site. Enjoy your morning coffee or soak up some rays on the large deck. The Beach is a quick 5 min. drive away. Enjoy live music and good food at the West End Marina. Restaurants, Playground, the fishing pier & tennis court. Holiday weekends 3 night minimum.

We chose Sea Isle neighborhood because of its strong sense of community, with welcoming neighbors and a laid-back atmosphere. The local restaurant with live music creates a vibrant social scene, perfect for evenings. The neighborhood offers fantastic amenities, including fishing from the pier, access to kayaks, tennis courts, and a boat launch, making it an ideal spot for water activities and enjoying great fishing right at our doorstep. It's the perfect blend of coastal charm and convenience.
What makes this property unique
What makes our property unique is the combination of indoor comfort and outdoor entertainment. We offer two spacious outdoor areas, both upstairs and downstairs, fully furnished and perfect for gathering, along with a cozy fire pit for relaxing evenings. Inside, the home has been newly remodeled, featuring a modern kitchen and bathrooms, a soft, comfortable wrap around couch, and an island in the kitchen that opens to the living area, creating a welcoming, open concept space. The property boasts great fishing fright from the dock, or the ability to use our kayaks to fish in the bay, access to tennis courts, and is just a quick 5-minute drive to the beach, making it a perfect spot for both relaxation and fun!
