Everything about this condo makes your trip to the beach easy. One space on-site parking. Then you can walk to everything within one block- convenience store, casino, boardwalk, beach, and bars.


This fully renovated, roomy condo is ideally located for those who want the best of the day light and night life in Hampton Beach. Located on Ashworth Avenue, just step out to the balcony and look straight down I Street to the beach. Or sit inside and watch the 55 inch smart tv (cable and Wi-Fi included), cozy up to the fireplace all while looking out the oversized windows to people watch on the streets. Need a bite to eat or drink? Feeling the need to sing karaoke? Walk one block to hit the three best bars in town - L-Street Tavern, The Goat, and Wally’s.

The bedroom features a queen-size bed and a full-size ensuite bathroom. There is two twin-size cots available which can be placed in the bedroom or the living room.

Perfect distance from the best part of the strip!

My family and I booked an impromptu stay for one night at the beach during vacation week. The house had everything we could need and more. It even had a convenient beach wagon to bring our things along in. It was within one block of strip and at a perfect location. Beds were also extremely comfy. Would recommend to any couples or small families!

Plum Perfect!
