Welcome to my cozy condo with an amazing view of the beautiful ocean! Book minimum 28+ days for a discount for the winter months. Or inquire about longer stays at even better rates!

This second-floor unit at Top of the Gulf condo complex is perfect for a romantic getaway for a couple or a family vacation with small children. Also it’s a great place to stay for some quality solo trip!
This studio unit has a king-sized bed and a futon that can be converted into a twin bed.

The kitchen has essential appliances including a refrigerator, a microwave, a dishwasher, a stove, an oven, and a coffee maker. It is stocked with basic necessary kitchenware you need for cooking.

The unit has a 50-inch smart tv. Streaming services are not provided but you can use your account information. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available.

Each floor of the building has a common balcony area overlooking the pool and the beach where you can sit and enjoy the magnificent views and feel the ocean breeze.

Game room is located on the 6th floor and the gym on the 3rd floor for a quick sweat session. There is also Internet lounge on the ground floor.

There are no washer/dryer in the unit but there are coin-operated washers and dryers on floors 2,4,6 and 8).

The outdoor area has a pool and a kiddie pool, along with poolside lounge chairs and tables. There is also a shuffleboard court and cornhole boards for some fun family time. Grills are provided poolside for you to grill delicious meals. The on-site Snack Shack offers some quick bites, snacks and drinks. There is also a sun deck where you can take in the ocean breeze and breathtaking view of sunset to the sound of the waves.

Top of the Gulf is conveniently located from various dining, entertainment, shopping and many other activities such as signature golf courses, St. Andrews State Park, deep-sea fishing, a water park, miniature golf, Pier Park, and the world-class entertainment and events Panama City Beach is famous for.

Included with your stay:

-A fitted sheet, a top sheet and a lightweight comforter (You may want to bring extra comforters/blankets if needed.)
-Some extra sheets and blankets
-4 bath towels, 2 hand towels and 4 wash clothes
-Two rolls of toilet paper and one rolls of paper towel
-Dishwasher detergent
-Kitchen garbage bags
-No beach towels are provided so please be sure to bring your own.
-No daily housekeeping service is provided and some of the essential supplies can be purchased at the office if needed.

Condo Unit/HOA rules:

-The access code for the unit's lockbox will be provided to you on the morning of check-in. Please make sure to leave the key in the lockbox before your checkout.

-Upon arrival, please go to the office on the 1st floor to register and get a parking pass. There is a resort fee of $30 due at the registration and only cash is accepted. The pass is good for 30 days so needs to be renewed every 30 days for $30.

-There will be armbands on the counter in the unit. Armbands must be worn on the property for the entire stay by each guest. Please make sure to leave the armbands before your checkout.

-No smoking/vaping is allowed in the unit and there are designated areas in the complex.

-No visitors are allowed.

-Only one vehicle is allowed on the premises per unit.

-No pets are allowed.

Great experience. I've been at Top of the Gulf for 2 months for work in 2 different units and this was my favorite. The bed was comfortable and the room was great. No noise issues from any neighbors either. The owner was super friendly and super fast with responses.

The property was very clean and everyone we came in contact with was friendly. The room was clean and accurate to pictures in listing. Beautiful view of the Gulf. We had an overall pleasant stay. We didn't have any issues so there was no need to reach out for anything. The little tote of beach toys did come in handy with our daughter.

It was perfect for my sister and me. I do think someone should be accountable to make sure that everything that is supposed to be in the condo is actually there. The armbands needed to be worn while at the resort were not there. There was also supposed to be a hair dryer in the room, but wasn’t. We certainly had beach hair everyday.

Extended weekend was the BEST !!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Top of the Gulf. Have stayed here before but this time was the best. Staying on the 2nd floor and was super convenient and clean as a pin. Elevators were quick, our unit owner was prompt and provided everything we asked for. 5 Star for an older unit.

Very clean condo and easy access to the pool and beach. Beautiful view. I love that it’s very easy to go down the stairs if the elevators are busy which it was this week. Top of the gulf employees made sure there was no one extra parking or entering resort and I liked that! Everything we needed in the condo. We stayed 4 nights and there was 2 adults and 2 kids. I love how the owner responded to my questions pretty quick! I would stay here again

Absolutely Perfect Stay – We’ll Be Back Again!This was our second time visiting Panama City and staying at Top of the Gulf, and once again, it did not disappoint! Ye Jung’s beachfront studio was everything we hoped for and more.The pool was fabulous—clean, inviting, and the perfect place to relax when we weren’t on the sand. Speaking of the beach, the access couldn’t be easier—it’s right there! No long walks or crowded entrances, just step out and enjoy the sun, surf, and stunning views.We loved how close everything was. Whether we needed food, entertainment, or shopping, it was all just a short drive or even a walk away. And one of the most special moments for me was looking out the window and seeing the cross—it was a beautiful and peaceful reminder of what matters most, even while on vacation.Ye Jung was a wonderful host, and the studio was clean, cozy, and well-stocked. We’re already planning our next trip and wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else.Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable beachfront getaway!

Overall A Good Stay

This was my 2nd time staying at this location (same building, different unit). This time around, we contacted the owner to see if anything could be done about the inconveniences we encountered, communication was great since the owner responded as soon as he could but the resolution was no bueno. 1. Check in was phenomenal, super quick and the ladies at the office are super nice. 2. When we entered the room though, the extremely strong smell of marijuana was a slap in the face. I had a 12 yo and a 15yo with me so that wasn’t nice. We contacted the owner thinking it might’ve been the previous guests and maybe the cleaning wasn’t done right but he explained that unfortunately some units have it to where the vents from the neighbors will blow in our unit so that’s where the smell was coming from… we stayed for 3 nights so on the last day, the smell wasn’t as bad. 3. The fan was on when we got there but as I pulled the cord to turn it off, the cord got stuck and we couldn’t turn it back on. The owner told us to get on a chair and try to pull it out which we had already tried so no luck there either. 4. To get hot water from the shower, you have to work it the opposite way since the owner explained that it was installed wrong. 5. (This is on us, but wanted to share in case some of you also think this way) from the pictures, it seems like you get a balcony, but that’s not the case. It’s on the 2nd floor so you can take the elevator or stairs. 6. Location is AMAZING!
