The unit is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Parking is directly in front of the building which is very convenient. The mattresses and bedding were of good quality. Andy and Michele were immediately responsive to a couple issues within the unit. Once these are corrected I would confidently give this property 5 stars.

Nice place to stay in Decatur

The house was easy to access and comfortable. Parking is great and the nice bedroom and bath, living area, and kitchen made for a nice stay.

Perfect place in a perfect location

Our 4-night stay was wonderful. So close to the charming cities of Decatur and Avondale Estates with many dining options. And close to major sites in Atlanta for easy in and out. Michelle and Andy are terrific hosts. So accessible, friendly and warm in each communication. This place offers a quiet respite in a big city.

Wonderful Townhouse for a visit to Atlanta

Perfect two bedroom townhouse with comfy beds, every amenity we needed and a lot of extras like backyard for the dogs! Andy came over and fixed an issue super quick and gave us some tips! The Marta station was a mile away and easy to get downtown. And we loved walks with the pups in the neighborhood! I definitely would stay again!

Comfortable townhouse close to Avondale Estates. Host was accessible. On our second night, we had an issue with the furnace and the host sent a repairman asap to the home. By the time the repairman arrived, we found the switch and had the furnace working. As a senior couple, we liked having a half bath and full bathroom.

The stay was overall pretty good. The townhouse was in perfect condition, and everything worked pretty well. The rental team communicates every day, and they were in constant communication the whole time. I want to give 5 stars, but we had only a few issues: the property wasn't immaculate; we had to clean it once we arrived; and two cups had coffee stains. One towel had a hole, and the beds were more concerning. That lack of boxsprints made it hard to rest properly. I guess everything was fine overall, except for those issues. We didn't notify management about those issues because, aside from the beds, they weren't a big deal. I really appreciate the attention and service, and would definitely return if the beds were better.
