Charming Adirondack Condo at the Prestigous Whiteface Club

Welcome to our recently renovated charming 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom condo. We are located at the renowned Whiteface Club and Resort, on the western shores of Lake Placid. This a spacious 1450 sf Adirondack 'ee' themed resort condominium. We offer free wirless internet, electric grill, washer and dryer, and 3 TVs (one with DVD and movies). Watch a movie and relax with a crackling fire after a day of enjoying the great outdoors. The Master Bedroom is furnished with a deluxe king bed, spacious full bath , and private deck. Bedroom 2 boasts two full beds with Cedar log frames, futon, full bath, and private deck. The kitchen area is accented with birch bark cabinetry and native granite counters. Birch hardwood floors compliment the entry foyer and living room. Living room furnishings are accented with tapestry with a woodsy theme. Views of the 18th green and Lake Placid Lake can be enjoyed from the private deck off the living room. Enjoy Whiteface Club amenities including: 18 hole championship golf course, tennis, waterfront dining, and x-c skiing.

Perfect off the beaten path location close enough to everything Lake Placid has to offer. I have stayed here a few times and it is a quiet condo complex with everything needed for a relaxing stay in the Adirondacks.

Beautiful Spot on Lake Placid

The property was perfectly suited for us and our friends for a weekend in Lake Placid. We were impressed by how well stocked the condo was. It was very comfortable and set in a very quiet area with restaurants within walking distance which meant we didn't have to drive into the village whenever we wanted to go out to dinner.

My husband and I have been married 17 years. He is an engineer with GE Wind and I am a physical therapist. We have 2 children, ages 15 and12. We both love the great outdoors, especially hiking and x-country skiing. We recently relocated from South Carolina back to the Albany, NY area. We love living in the north with 4 seasons and having access to the Adirondacks!

Why they chose this property

We love the area wanted to buy a property in a location that would provide year-round fun for our renters and for us!

What makes this property unique

We love the fact that in the winter we can snowshoe or x-country ski from our condo. In the summer we are on the golf course and can also hike from our back door. Also, we can walk to fine dining at the Lake Placid Lodge or more casual dining at the Whiteface Club. We love to make a fire in the fireplace and enjoy the great views after a day outdoors!
