The house was beautiful and homey, and was lovely to stay in! It was incredibly clean and had everything we needed. The host was responsive and helpful and we had a great time working with them! Thank you for making this such a wonderful experience.
First time doing this but was very pleased with accommodations. Spacious, clean, comfortable beds and great location to everywhere we needed to go. Hosts were quick to respond to inquiries.
Quaint little 3 - 1.5 house in Toccoa. Our host family was attentive to our needs while respectful of our privacy. We stayed for over a week and the little brick house was exactly what we needed. Nothing too fancy, but just right for our stay.
Once again, an exceptional stay at this property which is our preferred location when visiting family in the Toccoa area, so much so that we now plan our trips here around availability of this house. Upon arrival, we were greeted with an already nicely cooled house -- very welcome on a hot July day in Georgia and going above and beyond the typical arrival experience of other places where we often have to turn down the thermostat and wait for the place to get comfortable. That's just one example of the great hospitality we always experience when we stay here. I highly recommend but do me a favor and save me an open week to book every now and then. :-)

Hi Richard!
Thank you for your kind words. We certainly love having you stay with us, and can't wait to host you again!
Roominess in all the rooms. The air conditioner is strong and cold with an easy today use thermostat. The open design of the living room and dinning room was perfect for socializing. The kitchen was well stocked with spare coffee, salt, pepper, etc. The location, relative to all the tourist sites, is perfect. Literally minutes from the falls and Camp Toccoa & Currahee mountain. Covered 2 car port. If you are looking for a holiday inn and a 40 minute drive, ok... but this is a gem for sure.
Clean and convenient to TFC!! Host is great and very responsive. Home is stocked well with needed linens. Quaint vintage home that takes you down memory lane.
This was our second stay here and this house is our favorite place to stay while visiting family in the Toccoa area. The host family is the absolute best, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. We highly recommend this place and will return again the next time we visit.
The home was comfortable and conveniently located, especially for those wanting to visit Camp Toccoa, Currahee and the museum. The kitchen was well-furnished, and the house was very clean and comfortable. The hosts were communicative and friendly. Nice stay!
Wonderful overnight stay! What a quaint and cozy home!!! Hosts were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Check-in and out were made very simple.
Everything was spotless and comfortable. The only problem we had was getting in - the lockbox wouldn't open for us but we called the owner and he came over immediately and let us in. Very nice and friendly man.
The house was like staying at grandma's home. It was comfortable, the beds were lovely to sleep on, and it was everything we needed. I was worried I'd hear the sounds of the road, but the bedrooms are towards the back of the house, so this didn't bother me. The best part was the accessibility, I was traveling with my elderly father. It had a ramp to get in and even a shower chair in the large shower. The family was so nice to leave a thoughtful card for us as well. As Toccoa doesn't really have any hotels to stay at, I highly recommend this property.
