Summary:
The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Just a few miles from OSU athletic facility and the Schottenstein Center. You are also conveniently located under a mile from Riverside hospital. The area is quiet and within walking distance of many restaurants.

The Space:
This 2 bedroom unit features a queen bed with the second bedroom being used as an office. Great for space to be productive while on your stay.

Guest Access:
There is a lockbox with a key for you to easily access your unit when checking in and out.

The Neighborhood:
This unit is in the perfect location as High Street (1 mile) , Downtown Columbus (2.5 miles), The Shoe (1 mile) and Ohio State campus (half a mile) are all right around the corner. Also located .5 miles from 315 Highway.

Getting Around:
Many activities are in walking distance but there is city transportation if needed. Columbus has ample street parking along with most venues having their own parking.

Other Things to Note:
The property is near the Olentangy Bike path which runs throughout Columbus and is a scenic route along the Olentangy River.

Quiet and Cozy

Clean apartment/condo, quiet neighborhood, and convenient driving to anywhere downtown on campus. Easy communication with owners, nice and attentive. Great place to stay!

Well I don’t like to complain but first where you park there is the patch of grass that was full of so much dog poo big piles everywhere. the TV there had a crack so it was not working I had my grand baby with me and just 5 minutes on the floor and his hands was dirty that floor had dirt and crumbs like not swept and mopped in a while everything else was nice and clean nice beds

Slum lord Vrbo joint next to a mosque in the ghetto. There’s homeless all over and the apartment is very small. I did not feel safe here. And even though I paid for incidentals the slum lord tried charging me 90 for not taking the trash out. Do not stay here it is not safe at night. Apartment is quite small in size too the pictures do not do it justice.

Super cute little area. Only problem was there was always a crowd on our street due to a church.

We had an amazing time. The apartment was very cute and clean. Everything you need for a weekend away. I would definitely book again.

Week long trip

The neighborhood was pretty decent, the unit was perfect and really cute for what we needed, and the host we very responsive. It was 15 mins to everything. The price was unbeatable and the bed were the most comfortable beds we have ever stayed on in a VRBO and we stay in VRBOs at least 6 times a year.Would reccomend this VRBO to anyone traveling to near here.

Overall the property was as advertised and a comfortable space convenient to where I needed to be. The place was clean in general, although some dust bunnies in the ceiling corners should be cleared. I was passing through Columbus while moving, so I had some kitchen goods to supplement what the property did not have - though I did not have a trash bin for the kitchen, which would have been useful. The yard in front had pet waste a lot of the time because neighbors did not clean up properly after their dogs, but I don't fault the host for this. Communication with the host was good throughout the booking process and the stay.

We needed a place for our adult children to stay. It worked fine. Appears to be new establishment. Some construction dust etc. Parking was very convenient.

Parking is a nightmare with the mosque people using the apartment lot. Bed uncomfortable/ not enough comfortable living room seating. It needed a good cleaning of walls and ceiling cobwebs. Not bad but not worth the price. The location was convenient.

Nice and clean. Close to Ohio State with lots of food options nearby. There is only one tv in the unit. Be prepared to share the common space. Tom was responsive and very welcoming.

Location is great. When we arrived there was dirty cups in the sivk and trash left behind. The unit does not provide any soap for dishes and dishwasher, no seasonings, only coffee pods which were nice. I have stayed at many places with some items for cooking and dishwasher. The unit needs the floor cleaned since it was dirty and made our socks black. Again, location to OSU is nice. If just need a place to sleep it works. Be aware of dog poop on the lawn in front of the units. They have a sign but no one follows picking up after their dog.
