This was the first time I used VRBO as they are pet friendly. The apartment was just as described, it was very clean and had everything we needed for a one night stay. The beds were comfortable, it was quiet and on site parking was a plus.

Great location with reasonable walk to Ohio Stadium. Plenty of quick food choices nearby and convenience store for last minute beverages. On-site, off road parking was also convenient. Highly recommend for attending a concert or a game if you can handle the 20ish min walk.

We stayed for a week at Tom’s place it was very clean and he provided excellent instructions for check in and check out. It super close to OSU. There was lots of dish soap and soap for the dishwasher. Towels were great! Shower was awesome…ton of water pressure. The sofa was very uncomfortable but other than that it was a nice place to stay and met our needs.

Great weekend! The overall process was easy with checkins from host Tom, pre and post trip, parking space and parking ID for vehicle provided inside the clean and newly updated 2 bedroom, one bath apartment (the shower head wastyer stream was powerful and relaxing). There was a new washer and dryer as well as a dishwasher available in the apartment, however we did not need to use these items. The nightly fee for our two day stay was fair for what we got. We chose the apartment for it's proxiemity to The Ohio State University. Though apartments were located up and down the street, we were never disturbed by noises of any kind.

Nice and clean. Close to Ohio State with lots of food options nearby. There is only one tv in the unit. Be prepared to share the common space. Tom was responsive and very welcoming.
