The place was great! Boardwalk access to the beach. Pools were great and hot tubs! My only complaint is the host stopped responding to us. I reached out because the place is listed(and binder inside says as well) to have beach chairs (2) and bag of beach toys. These things were not inside condo. I did ask front desk just in case and they don’t hold them. I reached out to host as I came with two little kids and never received responses. I understand it’s spring break but when we book something and expect things to be in there no communication isn’t fun. Location and everything else was amazing just lack of communication.

We are sorry if you felt the host stopped responding, there were no messages left in order to respond.
The Description was updated in Feb 2026 to reflect changes of beach chairs and carts now available for rent at the front desk, there have been issues with theft of the chairs in the past. The resort now offers beach toys for all guests - they are available by boardwalk to the beach. The owner added their bag of beach toys to this area. The change was made to limit the amount of sand being brought into units. We hope your little ones found some toys to take to the beach,

Our stay
Really enjoyed the stay! Came to the coast to celebrate a bachelorette and everyone in party really enjoyed the room along with easy beach access!! Definitely recommending this location to others and would love to come back to stay again! Everything was clean and had plenty of room for us to make us feel like we were at home.

Lots to do
The property has 2 pickle ball courts, 2 basketball courts, 2 pools, 2 hot tubs and a rec room with various games. The board walk was easily accessible and everything was clean and stocked. We could even see our kids playing on the courts while we threw together some dinner in the room. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was clean and well equipped. Beds were comfortable, water pressure in showers was great. TV’s were a challenge with so many remotes. Property was a little older but plenty of maintenance going on. Nice that beach supplies were provided- toys, wave boards, etc
