Initially built as a 1960s vacation home, this private wooded location with east facing mountain views is located high up on Beaucatcher Mountain. The house is less than 1 mile from downtown Asheville and less than 5 miles from the Biltmore Estate. Easy access to the Blue Ridge Parkway, local breweries, restaurants, music venues, and outdoor activities.

The house was remodeled in 2016 with mid-century modern furnishings. Enjoy privacy with this unique location within the city of Asheville!

Relaxing with a beautiful view

This place was great. It had everything we needed and then some. The view from this place is gorgeous. We enjoyed our stay. It’s close to town and far enough away to enjoy the mountains. We will definitely be back.

Nice little escape

It was a challenge to find even with the communication ahead and was achallege to navigate the parking, but it was a sweet location. Felt like we were staying in a cute place with a view as if from a treehouse. It was further from downtown than we envisioned, but had everything we needed. It would be a great little retreat spot! Thank you!

Hideaway in the Mountain

This was a cute cottage on the mountain, but don’t drive a large vehicle. The driveway was very narrow in places and switchbacks were difficult to navigate. Overall, a cute mid-century modern 2/1 with everything you need!
