Newly renovated, this 3rd-story condo features a generous full-sized kitchen, vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace and lovely balcony. Location is ideal–ski lift is a 5 minute walk, Wild Plum Grocery & Apres Burger are steps away! Condo amenities include an outdoor heated pool, indoor AND outdoor hot tubs, private ski locker, in-unit washer and dryer, free on demand shuttle to downtown and ski gondola during ski season. You will be greeted by the on-site front desk staff who will guarantee your stay is exceptional! Note- the condo is on the 3rd floor with no elevator.

Had an amazing time during our stay. It was the perfect space for me, my husband, and our three young kids. The space was cozy, welcoming, and felt like home away from home. We loved playing rummikub, walking around the grounds, and exploring so much of what Steamboat has to offer. We can’t wait to come back!!

There were a few things that were broken in the condo. Guest room blinds, the bathroom sink didn’t drain, and the coffee pot didn’t work well.

We stayed for 8 nights. Listing is accurate regarding space, comfy beds, lots of towels and pillows, kitchen amenities. There are some spices for cooking if you choose (but no food storage containers for left-overs when we were there.) Some foil or baggies would helpful as well. If you want coffee first thing in the morning, bring your own preferred ground beans, or walk to the club house or over to The Wild Plum for some of theirs. There is a small sampler of shampoo/conditioner provided that is enough for one wash, so recommend you bring some extra. Great to have all laundry/dryer available. Hot tub is great, there are towels in the unit to use for that. It was hot during the week we were there, and while the provided fans help to cool the place overnight, it did get hot during the day. The living room is comfortable to hang out in, with large windows for a view of the aspens and occasionally a bear. The pictures on the VRBO site show some different furniture, but overall a good space. Communication with Kellee was easy!

Perfect Getaway

This condo is a perfect escape in Steamboat! Walking distance to restaurants and only a short drive to downtown, but also has everything you need if you want to stay in and relax. Super clean and updated with all of the amenities you need. Great for a golf weekend in the summer and an amazing location for skiing in the winter.

Great space that was very clean and perfect for our trip. The place is just steps away from the gondola which is very convenient and a huge plus. Everything we needed was provided for us. The kitchen and living space was great with vaulted ceilings and nice views. Very cozy and perfect location. Host was fantastic as well! Looking forward to coming back!

Amazing condo and location

What a perfect trip to Steamboat, highlighted by this great condo that is mere steps to the gondola. The host Kellee was super knowledgeable with great recommendations. The condo was very clean and spacious. Loved the tall ceilings in the main area. The pool was great for the kids, and hot tubs were relaxing for the adults. We will definitely come back for a ski trip!

Attractive, comfortable, great location.

Attractive, comfortable, well appointed/maintained property. Responsive & helpful host that has thoughtfully provided everything a ski vacationing family needs. Upper end kitchen and spacious master bedroom with a walkout patio for those warmer days makes this condo a comfortable place to relax after a day of skiing. It's Location is perfect with a short walk to the Steamboat ski base, shopping & dining, as well as the hot tubs! An excellent property management including shuttles and ski equipment storage creates a great experience. We'll be back!

Amazing!

The place was just as described - very spacious for 9 adults! The kitchen was well stocked, everything we needed and more. Great amount of towels and separate hot tub towels was fantastic! Host was very helpful before our trip! The property does only have 2 parking passes and with 9 people plus ski gear we needed three cars so had to pay to park elsewhere but the host sent some resources for us.
