Sounds like a great stay all around, Tracie! We’re so happy you enjoyed your time at Villa Florence by Anna Maria Vacations—clean, pet-friendly, and a nice pool is always a winning combo. Glad the location and communication made everything easy, too. We’d love to welcome you back anytime for more island time with your crew (paws included)!

The house was beautiful and was super nice to stay at. The only thing we were having problems with was the light outside on the wall facing the pool wouldn’t turn on, pool was a little dirty but that’s pretty normal with all the houses we’ve rented already. There were A LOT of mosquitos outside by the barbecue and pool. Overall the house was beautiful, area around the house was very nice, the people in that area are beyond amazing. We’d love to rent with you guys again. Thank you for having us!

It sounds like you had a wonderful time at Villa Florence by Anna Maria Vacations, Ileana. From the beautiful home to the welcoming neighborhood, we're delighted it was a place where you could relax and make great memories. We appreciate you mentioning the outdoor light, pool, and mosquitoes. We'll have our team check the light, and while Florida's tropical climate can certainly bring mosquitoes, your feedback helps us stay on top of the guest experience. We'd love to welcome you back for another island getaway soon!

Awesome location

Location was great. Property was nice but needs maintenance. Very limited kitchen utensils, pots pans, grilling equipment, etc. Still an overall excellent experience.

Relax and get away vacation

The property is in a very good location. We’ve stayed in similar properties in this neighborhood a few times. Our comments below are intended to inform you of some issues. We certainly understand the island is still recovering from the hurricanes. This specific property needs:interior painting throughout the home, baseboards under the tub, dining room walls, and kitchen walls specifically. Replace the pool tiles and and few patio stones that are missingDust / clean window frames and ceiling fans throughoutReplace Primary bathtub shower head, the adjustment dial ring is missing Patio chairs for the high top table on patio off the dining room are missingOverall, we had a very nice time. Thank you
