Very peaceful stay all bedrooms were upstairs but we managed host was great communicating with me loved the book with lists of things to do in the area thanks this was my 75 year old Auntee first visit to NJ &NYC she enjoyed it

Nice house, host and location

Family was in town for a local wedding. The house was clean and in a great location in the Highlands. The communication with the host was great and he was always available, even allowing us early check in. 5 out of 5 stars, would recommend and would stay again!

A Nice Fun Trip

The property is amazing, all the beds are spacious and big. The rooms have a lot of space too, there is backyard is nice with a nice fireplace and tiki bar. Overall it was a fun time and I would definitely come back.

Shawn was wonderful throughout the entire rental process. Our group consisted of 7 retired friends that spent weekend touring the Monmouth area. The location of home was perfect. Very quaint town. The annual Clam Fest was happening & we had a blast listening to the bands, watching fireworks & hanging out in what felt like small-town America. A lot of fun. House had everything we needed. We provided feedback on some minor things that could be improved (mostly window coverings/blinds) but otherwise a fun place to stay.

Couple of days at the Highlands

This place was beyond awesome. Clean, beautiful and amazingly organized. There is plenty of space for guests and we found ourselves entertained with the games and places around the house we explored. I would love to come back for another stay here :)

Girls’ Weekend

I booked for a friend reunion weekend and this property was excellent! Walking distance to two excellent restaurant / bars. House was clean and plenty of space for sitting indoors and outdoors. Nice to have multiple large mirrors in rooms for getting ready in addition to the bathrooms. The whole group loved it!

About my stay

The house was super nice, it had a great layout with lots of space to hang out or have little gatherings. The kitchen was well kept and fully stocked with appliances. The host was super nice and very understanding about everything, and there was great communication throughout the trip. Overall a great experience and would recommend!

Six Flags & Beach

My friends and I (grad students from NYC) were looking for a large place to stay, after a long day at Six Flags, where we could cook a potluck and chatter into the night. Shawn was very accommodating with a later check-in and check-out so that we could eat lunch and clean up the next day after getting a good night’s sleep. 100% will come again. The place was amazing and the small park nearby has an amazing view of the beach and fall leaves.

Beautiful home - exactly what we were looking for

My daughter & her 6 friends rented for after-prom house for 2 nights. This house is adorable, immaculate and super roomy. Shawn was super attentive, allowing early/late check-in/out as well as providing any/all area info and was in constant communication. We’re locals and I can confirm that this is a great little town with all amenities within walking distance, including restaurants, coffee/bakery, convenience stores, hiking trails, beaches and stunning views. Girls are hoping to rent again for first summer break from college next year. Look no further!
