Very nice property, really enjoyed our stay. Will be staying again and recommend renting. Close to the grocery store and Baldwin. Hostess was very responsive and helpful.
We had a small issue with the internet and the owners were right on it. No fault of their own but they kept us informed of when it was expected to be back on.Nice place, clean, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds. We would definitely stay again.
We had a great stay, the property is updated nicely and was very comfortable. Great access to all of the trail systems for riding quads and dirt bikes, and great access to wonderful fishing spots.
This was the perfect property for our three day guy fly fishing trip to the Pere Marquette River in Baldwin. Super comfortable, clean and it had every thing we needed to enjoy our trip. Ben (property host) was super communicative and responded very quickly. As we left my buddy said if we come fish here again we will definitely stay at the Baldwin House!
Went to Baldwin to get in a weekend of snowmobiling. The house was very comfortable and felt very home-like. Wasn't anything to complain about - kitchen, appliances, utensils, lighting, and bathroom were all great. Will definitely stay here again if we come back sledding.
We had some issues upon arrival but the host responded quickly and we were able to come up with a solution that worked. We appreciated how quickly our issue was resolved, and felt Ben went above and beyond.
The property was very nice and very clean. The floors, counters and inside the drawers were all very clean - thanks for that!! There were just a couple things that were needed. 1. The box fans are not working well. The one in the master bdrm was jumping all over the floor. Should be replaced. 2. The body soap in the shower was empty. I forgot to bring my own soap so we used the hand soap. The soaps that were available were so nice!!

Responsive host
The place appears as it is in pictures. It’s updated and a great size for a family. It wasn’t the cleanest in comparison to all others I’ve stayed at, but host was responsive and refunded cleaning fee. We stayed during a really hot couple of days and the portable AC didn’t reach the bedrooms so some of us slept in the living room. The master bedroom bed was comfortable. Was nice to have a washer and dryer. I recommend making reservations or planning to eat dinners early if you’re eating at a restaurant in the area. We tried 3 places in town and they couldn’t get us in. Neighborhood was quiet. Big TV was appreciated for watching Olympics. Only 40 minutes away from Ludington which was a really nice day trip I recommend!
